Recently moved from a city centre apartment to suburbia. Had to lose my ever reliable @Hyperoptic connection for a @virginmedia package. Been working from home a few days in the last fortnight and it just likes to randomly cut out for periods without reason. JOY.

@virginmedia still not working! Done another reboot, pinhole reset. Been waiting on the phone for another 30 minutes with no answer. Website still says no problems. Will 100% be leaving your services after this awful performance and lack of communication around a problem

@virginmedia my TV and WiFi hasn’t recovered from a power cut earlier today (SK8). Done all normal checks/ procedures. Been on hold 1.5hours. Everyone in area having same problem and being told there’s ‘nothing wrong’. Nothing logged on postcode error website. Awful service!!

@virginmedia what's the point in sending a letter stating if yr service hasn't resumed by 5pm ring this number. When they shut at 5pm. Poor service again from virgin media. Nearly 8pm and still no tele or broadband. What a joke of a company.

@virginmedia You need to keep your service status page updated. I checked that first, no issues apparently, then did the 10 min test, still not working so contacted you to be told there's a fault - very frustrating to be told to check the service status but it's incorrect!

@virginmedia Media. I've never experienced such awful customer service in all my life!! If this isn't resolved I will be going to the national press. It seems a lot of people are experiencing the same problem. Your company should be ashamed of themselves!

@virginmedia That never happened. Just received an email stating that my online form had been received and it wa with the resolutions team. Apparently my complaint was never received as it doesn’t show on my account, yet I have email confirmation it was, although no contact from resolutions

@virginmedia Still not working after pinhole reset. No tv and green bar flashing on router. Spending silly amounts on data in an attempt to contact you when I already pay a lot of money each month. Next door just told it will be fixed Monday. unacceptable service!

@virginmedia Yes, rebooted as per advice we receive every time 😒 We've experienced the same issue repeatedly since the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" upgrade. Repeated outages however status always reports that there is no issue.

@mascotmike @virginmedia I'm fuming with them. I have never experienced such awful customer services in all my life. We're going to cancel with them and go to the national press if they can't prove the "so called phone call". I think half their customers have similar problems.

@virginmedia Hi, it says there’s no issues. I’m either not on my internet at all or it take forever to load or goes down every 1 minute. Can’t listen to music without it pausing every 1 minute, can’t loads website without it taking 1-3 minutes or can’t even load,etc

@virginmedia It’s not just us. My mum too had the same issue and is now being harassed by yourselves to come back. She already has another connection installed by another supplier. Your retentions team tried to advise her that she didn’t need the 1GB speed she is getting (for less money)…

@virginmedia No errors, I check this evertime this is how I believe it's the router at fault and the line. As most times there is is an issue or sometimes there is no issue listed and then you phone up for an engineer and there is an issue
