    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    @virginmedia @primevideouk - Why does @BBCiPlayer on your devices not support the 4K football feeds? It only works through the app on my television which isn't particularly ideal.

    FINALLY!!! After raising a serious complaint with @virginmedia with the prospect of the ombudsman getting involved... They've finally got my services up and running Now all that remains is for them to sort out some compensation and then we can pretend this never happened

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    @virginmedia Everyone is very apologetic but that doesn’t help give a vulnerable old lady the peace of mind that her son is available at the other end of the phone, should something happen.

    @virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

    @virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

    @virginmedia That doesn't exactly solve the problem of being notified of faults in the first place, or planned works. Is this not something you should least SMS impacted customers? We get enough useless marketing texts - this could at least be helpful to notify customers to plan accordingly.

    @virginmedia I did today, same reply of having to wait another 24-48 hours. Still waiting for a manager to give me a call since last Wednesday. Terrible service. Same message each time from Virgin Media, have rang every day since Wednesday. Can you give me a direct line to a manager. 1/2
