@ShipBrief @VodafoneUK Your son is pressing the wrong numbers on the menu. Go straight to the "I'm thinking of leaving Vodafone" option. He'll be picked up instantly, and his problem will be solved.

@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

Hi @VodafoneUK is the flexi upgrade charge new? I've never had to pay over £100 to upgrade, I've always upgraded 3 months early too. I was going to consider upgrading but I think I'll just keep this phone and go to sim only when my contract time is up.
