    @elhussieny_h @VodafoneUK Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with Vodafone. You’ll get terrible customer service and be told you owe money that you don’t. Go to EE or Three instead. But not Vodafone.

    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I’m a Business Premier customer with damage insurance. My phone has a fault (really quiet on a call). Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!

    @VodafoneUK disgusted with service. Switched to Vodafone broadband, two weeks with account and STILL no router. Have spoken to numerous people, have had to top up with over £30 data and Vodafone have cheek to send a bill for a service we can’t actually use. #avoid @BBCWatchdog

    @VodafoneUK We have already done that many times and have screen grabs showing the social media team confirming there’s nothing to pay but the customer relations department still he has £600 to pay. We are taking the story to your CEO and the national media if not sorted by next weekend.

    @VodafoneUK 40 minutes on the phone and I get cut-off. I was tricked into adding 95 gb to my sim only plan yesterday which doubles my bill. I have a 4 year old phone only use 5gb a month and pay £10. I am now on 100gb and charged double. Nobody to speak to! Dreadful service.

    @VodafoneUK We're closing down Sure Signal. This means you won’t be able to register a new Sure Signal device and current Sure Signal devices will stop working. Over the last decade, we’ve made huge improvements to our network coverage,
