    @VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

    @VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

    @VodafoneUK Charlotte, I spent four hours on Saturday trying to upgrade 2 company handsets, the wrong phone was confirmed and today I have been on for another hour arranging to send it back. Further away than ever from actually getting our new phones. Service systems designed to fail

    Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

    Just left @VodafoneUK because after over a decade as a customer they wanted to know my monthly income and how much I spend on childcare each month in order for me to upgrade my phone. As a SAHM I don’t have a monthly income. I have switched to another network and saved money 👋

    @VodafoneUK Ah, getting there is the problem. Last time it took forty minutes followed by half an hour of vacuous (and unnecessary) 'security' questions - all this on a call from your customer. Not an unknown newcomer. It would take me far less time to move to another supplier.

    You see @vodafoneuk, one hopeless performance with your online chat and the inability to speak to someone and I have left you, after c.20 years. Sending me a text saying 'soz you are off and please call' is almost laughable. Customer service and retention utter fail.
