@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I once overhead Vodaphone employees in a pub in Newbury swapping stories about how they wound up customers and laughing about it. I cancelled my contract every soon after and have never gone back. Saying that my mother who's 92 says they look after her well.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sad to say had to deal with @VodafoneIreland a few years back, over a landline, in similar circumstances and had just as bad an experience. Next door neighbour is a Europe VP whose name I invoked to break the deadlock. Mad it came to that.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I’m sorry for your loss. I 💯 agree. Vodafone are truly terrible would never use them again. In the end I had to get Ofcom involved which really shouldn’t have been the case. They were so rude and threatening 10 yrs ago. Sounds like nothing has changed
