    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @Mr_Jimbob @VodafoneUK You are right. I saw it as an empty ‘thank you’. Like their service. I mean, he is happy to help me with my upgrade but he is not actually being helpful as he didn’t provide me a link to the available information nor a simple ‘thank you’ for your custom.

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    @VodafoneUK OK thanks for confirming. Why have you decided to discontinue this service and did you give any advance notification to users because I never received anything? Being able to WhatsApp etc between meetings on the tube in London is extremely useful for many people.

    @VodafoneUK Yep, new SIM inserted, brings up request for code. Enter code and press unlock and unsuccessful message comes up. Sony Xperia 1i J8110 Checked with Vodafone customer service that NUC was correct and they got the same code for my IMEI/phone

That will backfire badly, I'm not the last customer cancelling you. I will switch to your competitors within next 48h

    All-day today I've got over 100 ping in COD. I need help with my internet. In the last 3 months, I've been with @VodafoneUK @SkyUK, and now I'm with @bt_uk. I had the same package with them all which is a standard 45-60 download (which I do get). 1/3
