@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can solve my complaint and prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

Love when you ensure all your phone blocks are removed before flying to Portugal only to find when you connect to the @VodafoneUK network you cannot make calls or texts. But it doesn't stop Vodafone messaging you to tell you that you can.

For those that don’t check or understand their phone contract maybe it’s worth a lill check? I’m on @EE and also have a @VodafoneUK account so presuming all calls are included to call @VodafoneUK and nope….a call to the customer support team cost me £32 ****** quid …yes 😡
