@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had @VodafoneUK my broadband was NEVER active, the engineer NEVER came, YET I got charged, and the return box has not been delivered after a whole week of me cancelling. What an absolute nightmare.

@TomLittlehales @VodafoneUK Doesn't surprise me as when I had a webchat with their customer service i specifically asked if there was an issue around the LU postcode to be told no its just your line I'm afraid. Time to change providers I think
