Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

@VodafoneUK Can you give a further update when this is going to be sorted. I am a relatively new broadband customer & had issues when we first switched. Never had issues like this with our previous Broadband providers. I hope you will be automatically compensating broadband customers!

@VodafoneUK The level of information about this outage is digraceful. Firstly your system tells me there is nothing wrong - then I’m on hold for 2 hours then get cut off. Can’t speak to anyone & your Chatbot has gone AWOL without warning. You need to tell customers what is going on ASAP!!!

@simonlant @VodafoneUK Interesting this one, my Vodafone router is still connected to their gateway, so it can ping Vodafone services. It can't browse beyond that, but as far as the modem part is concerned, there is still a connection. That must stop it failing over, as it doesn't think it's down.
