@VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK why’s it significantly cheaper for me to get a contract as a new customer than it is as a “valued” customer? Upgrade I’d like is working out £49 upfront and £63pm yet as a new customer £43pm. £480 more over the 24 months, how you work that out? Loyalty means nothing!
