@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK you said you were sending me an engineer to connect my broadband and then when he didn’t show and I spent ages on the chat, someone finally said “no engineer, we switch you on and you connect it yourself”. Bad start (why tell me someone is coming when they aren’t?).

@sahdiaafzal @VodafoneUK @skytv If you get the right person on the phone at sky tho you can get a better deal even mid way through your contract. My bfs mum was paying a ridiculous price just for the sports and entertainment package, never questioned it. Phoned and it got like halved!
