    Just had a very disappoint #upgrade chat with @VodafoneUK, been a customer for 15yrs, have multiple accounts and what was on offer is PATHETIC for sim free options! Time to look elsewhere I think!

    @VodafoneUK I got a new contract and phone with you the other day, my numbers have switched over but my data is not working. I just tired to call your team for help but only got through to a robot who wouldn’t even put me in a queue to speak to anyone!

    @VodafoneUK I can't log into my account, can't get an answer on the 191 number and can't load webchat help. My 2 years are up but I can't upgrade or change to sim only if I can't get hold of anyone.

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    .@VodafoneUK have to be the spammiest network in the UK. I get so many texts, push notifications and letters from them trying to sell me stuff. I was previously on EE and got nowhere near the amount

    Even though we have all complained you still tell us there is nothing wrong with the signal. I've missed hospital calls and am trying to work from home In lockdown. Can you please try and sort this issue out. OX4 3AW @VodafoneUK
