@paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I tried cancelling my policy due to finding a better deal. I wanted to try to do this the ideal way by calling and thanking you for the service you provided, but your little robot guy referred me to the phones, then your phones referred me to the little fella

@O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

@VodafoneUK Done all that, doesn't work, you've been advised this already. If customers phone they don't get the deal as it's online only. Giftcloud who you have promoted this with say your website is the problem.

Absolutely shocking service from Vodafone. Changed from pay monthly to PAYG last Friday & have no service! Contacted them on Friday told 24hrs. Since then I have contacted them 5 times & it's still not sorted now told another 24 to 48hrs hours! REALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH! @VodafoneUK

@PriyaMulji @VodafoneUK I used to be with them for a while as got my first iPhone on O2 but calls would drop so went back to Voda. This was in Ealing so maybe O2 better here. I need two more lines. If V don’t resolve my contract issue I won’t take out any more contracts with them.
