Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

I think you’ve been through a painful time and it’s a shame that instead of being able to fully comfort your dad and remember the happier times with your late mum that Vodafone did this BS. @GeorgeMonbiot I had similar experiences with @VodafoneUK. Foolishly thought 8+yrs and multiple handset contracts etc was being loyal they ended up treating my like s**t in the end. I'll NEVER use @VodafoneUK again. The only power we have as consumers. Hate that phrase too.
