    It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

    Hi @VodafoneUK I'm getting rather frustrated with your customer service. My broadband is not working, spent an hour on instant chat last night, called to follow up just now but no help. Please can you fix it or at least give me an update on when it might be fixed? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom So today we were supposed to have this problem fixed! Our appointment was between 8am and 1pm! NO ONE ARRIVED AND NO ONE CONTACTED US! Still no broadband or a solution.

    @VodafoneUK OMG Everytime I call its like I’m a hoax caller or time waster!I have 3 lines,been a customer for over 20 yrs & am treated with sheer&utter contempt,I don’t call with an attitude or rudeness & all regarding paying my bill 2wks late as I have been past yr since Covid😤

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

    @VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

    @VodafoneUK Yep I've done that. I've tried using my phone, my tablet and my laptop and they are all saying ghe same thing. I do not want to have to call to sort it out as the advisors I've spoke to in the last 2 weeks have been rude and unhelpful so has put me off calling!

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone I did contact Vodafone customer services and they told me the same thing, that we had to contact Voxi for any issues. It seems a coincidence that the shop assistant, the shop manager and customer services all made the same mistake?

    @dalglir @VodafoneUK @firstdirect You can? No one ever mentioned that! Still if tell them each time, they'd "read the notes" each time. And then they'd (try to) insist I had to redo all the steps they'd had me do a dozen time already. And charge me £9.39 for phoning their complaints number. (Land, no mob signal)
