Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

At the point of being locked into a contract for a product which doesn't work, keep being told to give Vodafone 24 hours, being cut off by call centre in Egypt who have said they have connectivity issues.
