The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
