The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I was also told by his car insurance co that they didn't consider me next of kin?!
