@VodafoneUK It's never going to be up and running, though, is it? It's been nearly 40 DAYS without internet connection. We never had this problem with @skytv. @VodafoneUK said after 30 odd days that it was the router. We finally got a new router and we still have NO internet!!! I. Give. Up.

@_HappyFish_ @VodafoneUK @skytv Check your rights on leaving. We’re still on our cooling off period and will be leaving if my issue isn’t resolved but I think if they don’t provide internet for something like 30 days you can leave. Have a look first though as this was a couple of years back
