But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”
