I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

@VodafoneUK Ok..I'll DM you but, it's not a connection issue we just don't have 5G in my area..but 2 miles down the road they do have 5G & seem 2 have had it 4 at least a year if not longer. It's just frustrating that Ill be eligible 4 upgrade in Oct but fone not able 2 show full capability

Well done @VodafoneUK for disappointing me once again. Upon renewal prompted to swap over to eSim. I did and now i have no network. Your chat support is posting me a new physical sim card. I have no phone or data and paying for your service.
