The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!
