Judd Goldstein (@juddgoldstein) reported from Paddington, EnglandHi @VodafoneUK I know you’re Rhine to convert my lucrative pay-as-you-go contract with you to a regular contract. Olivia Anderson (@oliviaanderso34) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK my broadband isn’t working and is crazily slow. I’m in central London. It’s ridiculous! And I can’t get through to anyone to help!
-
Paul Modley (@pmodley) reported from Hammersmith, England.@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!
-
Olivia Anderson (@oliviaanderso34) reported from Hammersmith, England@vodafoneuk our broadband isn’t working. The link you send is not enough. I need to speak to someone but you make it nearly impossible. Please help

MARK A IZATT (@markaizatt) reported from Kensington, EnglandIs anyone else finding @VodafoneUK service in #London shockingly bad over the last few weeks ? It may say 4G but it has all the speed of Edge. Oh and it’s not my devices as they worked a treat roaming in Paris.
-
wimbledoncowboy Esq. 🇪🇺 (@wimbledoncowboy) reported from Kensington, England@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can solve my complaint and prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!
-
Mary working from home (@maryyasmine) reported from Kensington, England@cribby15 @Kaimurphy1 @VodafoneUK So Vodafone is crap and Three are crap in London too. Is EE and their incredibly expensive contracts the only provider with an acceptable internet coverage?
-
Vikki M (@Vikki_L_M) reported from Paddington, England@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.
-
Rishi Madlani (@RishiMadlani) reported from Paddington, England@VodafoneUK For a communications company taking 7 hours to reply is a disgrace - shockingly poor customer service from @VodafoneUK again - I needed the internet to work this morning & this is too late 😡
-
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?
-
Who's Simon? 👨🏻🎤 (@The_CaptAwesome) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK Nice work in getting people to DM you and then ignoring them. You’re customer service is truly awful @Ofcom should investigate your practices and false promises.
-
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.
-

Even establishing a connection after emerging from the tube is very laggy. There is something wrong. Too many of us are having the same issue. Meanwhile roaming with it in Paris the other week was 👌🏼
-
Londonsardu #FBPE (@londonsardu) reported from Hammersmith, England@VodafoneUK And despite my calls to customer services Maria didn’t back down and I stormed out of the store. I think it’s ridiculous that you charge for an on the spot repair but to have done for free I’d have to be separated from my phone for 10 days. I’ve had my contract for
-
Nadia_Khaliq (@khaliq_nadia) reported from Paddington, England@karsbreanne @VodafoneUK I left them many many years ago when they charged my ex >£700 - his phone was stolen, he reported it immediately but they still charged him! And I will never go back to them. Ever.

-
Martyn Moore (@martynmoore) reportedHey @VodafoneUK, don't you think it's a little bit sad when people who hardly use X make an exception to say what a terrible company you are to deal with? Yes, me too
-
Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
-
Harry Singh (@HarrySi58712694) reported@VodafoneUK Heads up to anyone using Vodafone, anyone who gets a phone call from +44 20 8073 0971, be cautious, they are scammers who will imply you need a new SIM, I spotted the signs so averted any issues but others may fall for it.
-
Nina Moir (@neenooor) reported@SW_Help @VodafoneUK @MayorofLondon What would be good is we put some money into the infrastructure before we build thousands of new homes. Trains getting worse & worse from Waterloo. No reception on mobiles so can’t even check what is going on as the sw train app never works
-

🐶🐶Spaniels Rule🐶🐶 (@Spaniels_Rule) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK it's a thankless job, having to do it at such a tough time doesn't help. most people are very helpful thankfully. some however demand proof. I am sorry for your loss

IainMcCallum (@Iain_McCallum) reported@VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.
