    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    @VodafoneUK Getting vexed with your call centre. They’re making a big mess porting my number from VOXI to Vodafone Pay Monthly despite me doing all the right processes. 2 working days have gone by and now nearly end of 3rd and I’m no closer. Desperately need my number back! HELP!
