Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

I’m sure you can track it down.

Kat Saha-Sen (@katvantassel) reported from Kensington, England@VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me
-
wimbledoncowboy Esq. 🇪🇺 (@wimbledoncowboy) reported from Kensington, England@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can discuss my complaint and try to prevent me from cancelling my contracts. Absolute joke, moving to EE
-
StraightTalker50 (@talker50) reported@GBNEWS Well @VodafoneUK , has not a single person in your organisation taken any notice of how much the support for the RNLI has gone down because of helping the illegas, don't be surprised when you get the same response.

Osman (@deniz34j) reported@VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

Charles Chadderton🏴 (@CharlieChaddy) reported@ZiaYusufUK Shut @VodafoneUK down. Nobody needs them.
