@VodafoneUK Why is your 4G signal so intermittent at Heathrow T5 at the moment? Loads of us that work here haven’t been whats app messages till hours later, phone calls don’t go thru and apps not loading!!

ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, @VodafoneUK are one complete **** up of a company, thank god I’ve only got a gigacube with them and not my mobile phone, tomorrow I will be released from my contract without penalty or I’ll take this further, no more will I accept this🤬

@VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

@VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Ray, however I now need to escalate this complaint. I've spent over 3.5 hours trying to resolve this amicably. I just need someone to close the account, confirm it's closed and stop hounding me for funds not owed. Could you provide a complaints email address please?

@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for your reply. The issue is the fluctuation between 4G and 4G+ keeps reducing. And speed I have to say is becoming a terrible experience from Vodafone. Compared to other networks like EE and O2 they have got something right. Why is it taking Vodafone this long?

@virginmedia I can get tweets out just, loading a webpage, no chance. @VodafoneUK is absolutely hopeless round here. Heart of Greater Manchester, no 4g signal no fibre broadband, It’s the dark ages. We are just stuck with your “services”. Just added 10% on our bill too. Woeful.
