    @VodafoneUK Im customer of 20 years. Ordered a new phone & awaiting confirmation for 3 days. Called customer services & given 2 options: 1. Call the store myself 2. Wait another 4 days & reorder, As the operative couldn’t send an email. You are a telecommunications company!

    @VodafoneUK literally makes no sense to me... I can get my daughter a better deal on Vodafone by NOT buying frm Vodafone... Despite the fact that the 1st person who answered my call made a song & dance about my being SUCH a loyal customer and giving me the best deal possible...

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @VodafoneUK unbelievably difficult customer service. I have been with you for years, and recently signed up for your broadband. I recently saw your bb offer for existing customers at £21. I asked to be put on this offer and am being forced to cancel my current contract #confused

    @VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

    @VodafoneUK I e just looked and yes, I haven't used any. I've now calculated that I've sent 3 texts but only 2 to my dad and 1 to my therapist. I get barely any mobile phone signal at home so I always use my home internet. It's all a bit of a mystery

    Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK. I am a long standing customer @VodafoneUK . I work for the #nhs Services were disabled in the middle of calling patients today. No warning. Unable to get through on the customer service number to speak to anyone and my phone still cut off.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Beth Please can you help us? We want and pay for "Superfast 2", but our Broadband is stuck on "Superfast1" at 30Mbps or less Please can you fix it, so we start getting above 50Mbps (or, better still the 63Mbps which appears in your advertising for Superfast 2). Thank you

    Booked GigaFast with @VodafoneUK, 28 days later, less than 24hours before installation they cancel the order, blaming @CityFibre for being unable to install it. Why have you been selling the service in my area for months and posting letters if you can't install it?
