@VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

@VodafoneUK The signal in the Lower Sydenham/Catford/Ladywell area is terrible. I've just missed a major planned event because my train was delayed and I had no signal to work out another route or get an uber. It's been like this for months. Please fix it.
