    @ThreeUK you guys need to get a better customer service team. Why am I having to pay for a service that is not being used. A mistake that @ThreeUK did yet nobody knows how to solve the problem or even admiring fault.

    @ThreeUK Painful company to deal with - you have upgraded my mums contract over a year ago and charged her for both contracts saying she had to cancel the old contract despite it being done in store - now every call to customer services the call drops #poorservice #fraudulent

    @ThreeUK the plug in broadband I signed up for is absolute useless, Netflix freezes and buffers every minute ! I live in London & was told I would have perfect connection!! How can you sell something that is so bad ?!

    My mum received a phone upgrade with Three last month. She now has a Samsung A51. From day 1 her phone always cuts off during phone calls. We asked three for a replacement and was told no! Why give my mum a defective phone and not help replace it !?!? @ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK

    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

    Spoke to @ThreeUK this afternoon about upgrading my phone (which runs out tomorrow) and said I’d call back after my footy game, rang back after my footy game and they say the offers expired. Worst company ever.

    @ThreeUKSupport We rang up three back in late July to cancel. We also sent all the equipment back as per the letter we received. Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didn’t have to...

    The audacity of these guys that handles @ThreeUK customer service call centres irks me. Talk over you like they’re the one making the payment for you, ridiculous company and service. Utmost disregard of customer value and retention.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, I ordered a home broadband router but it didn’t work so I cancelled it. I have been told by a customer service that it was received on the 15th day and the system automatically generated a £10 pound bill but I didnt need to pay it. I am receiving constant texts.

    @ThreeUKSupport We had a power outage yesterday afternoon. We lost broadband and Wi-Fi. I was unable to send or receive any text messages or make or receive any calls. I only get 1 bar 3G reception. I cannot get 4G or 5G although your coverage map says I can !!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's always planned work. You must plan it permanently. Honestly your website never changes. It been a year of on and off to be told its planned works. Come on this isn't good enough. I can't judge what's happening and when it's planned because your site always says it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Paying almost £60 a month to a £billion company who can't make their app work so I can actually pay my bill. Been waiting 5months now for them to fix it. Support says all the right things then, you never hear back from them. Frustrated.

    @ThreeUKSupport We had a £10.00 contract a month for about 6 years then we tried to cancel in January and didn’t happen. Then I called again in March and paid £11.51 for a final balance or so I thought. Then had a call today about outstanding balance of £14.61. So I paid it and was told

    @clim8resistance @ThreeUK I've got two lines coming in. One from Virgin Media Business which is the fast one and Plusnet that is a backup. VMB does go down for maybe 8 hours about once every two months, but you know, that's probably as much as one can expect when mere humans run tech.
