SDP (@SSDP73) reported from Spelthorne District, England@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

But can’t change so now can’t do anything including cancel (as being moved to payg and want better options)
