    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport the 4g speeds in my area have been desperate for months now. i used to get over 30mb on 4g, now im lucky to get 5mb. every time i check your website its says: We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area. but its been that way for weeks.... any ideas when?

    @ThreeUK I'm outside the EU in Serbia & my UK 3 mobile phone has not received text messages 4 two weeks. What is your advice? I don't use the phone on your sim because I'll be robbed outside the EU/UK. Same problem in Ukraine last year. Your advice on use abroad needs improving
