    @ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

    So 3 Network has been down as early as 4:30am .. itโ€™s now Lunchtime for me at work and still no Data or Phone Services available ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿค” having to resort to my work WiFi ๐Ÿ˜ญ I have Unlimited Data WTF .. so Iโ€™m expecting a days compensation @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK after being with three for quite some years, getting very frustrated. I can't remember pin , to get a new pin , have to validate by email, email address is incorrect so can't validate, can't change email address because? Can't remember pin. Help

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didnโ€™t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.

    One of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?
