    @Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, infact I over-emphasised it multiple times. Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

    @ThreeUKSupport The signal for 3G-only isn’t that great either. I can make calls just fine, but data is a real problem. At home I wouldn’t be able to use my phone at all without WiFi calling enabled.

Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

    @ThreeUKSupport Try this one B45 9JL, big open car park by a cinema, loads of signal, but nothing was working correctly. Done airplane mode, safe mode etc it's not the handset as that works on a other sim fine same area
