    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, infact I over-emphasised it multiple times. Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

    @ThreeUKSupport And I mean it’s been like this pretty much all of 2019. When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)

    @ThreeUKSupport The signal for 3G-only isn’t that great either. I can make calls just fine, but data is a real problem. At home I wouldn’t be able to use my phone at all without WiFi calling enabled.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your connection is shit, your customer service is shit and your pricing is shit. If there’s any way to transfer my contract to EE tell me, I beg. Constantly having to put my phone on airplane mode and back to get internet is tiring.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I'm eagerly awaiting eSim support, so that I can use my personal sim on my iPhone and then my work sim as the physical. Switched from a OnePlus 8 Pro a while ago, not realising that eSim still wasn't available on three. If there's any way to help test this out, i'm in.

    @ThreeUK OMG you are completely useless! Just had an online chat and the person I chatted to was completely incompetent I couldn’t even understand their sentences!Employ people than can understand and write in English I’ve ended my contract. Disgusting customer service #furious

    @ScarredNtScared @ThreeUK Luckily the amazing assistant manager at Bristol sorted me out with a “well I think we can assume from the time she spent trying to cancel her contract that her intent was to CANCEL” to customer service for me who waved the bill. Shouldn’t come to that really should it

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, but no matter how many times I speak to someone, nothing gets done. Is it really that hard to send someone out to the area to see how bad the signal is for their self? Took me 5 mins yesterday to log onto the 3 app because of the bad signal.

    @ThreeUK is shocking at the moment, the number of dropped calls is unbelievable. Half hour on hold to talk to my bank, had 5 mins with the adviser mid problem, call dropped.. full signal and 5G, no reason for it, just chopped off.. and its not the 1st.. SORT IT OUT 3!
