caddyshack (@CaddyTHFC) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK considering your 5G connection is so shocking and a lot worse than your 4G. Does this mean I’m able to cancel my contract as you are not providing me with adequate 5G service?
-
James Nicholson (@JamesNi62281680) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken your London coverage is shocking, how many times do we have to complain? I’m not replacing my SIM card and I’m not getting another new phone!! Just bloody fix it 🤬
-
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks
-
Adam Dack (@tomtilly28) reported from Walthamstow, EnglandSeriously getting the **** now why do I pay so much for such crap internet @ThreeUK if it wasn’t for @ChelseaFC would have been gone by now #poor
-
Lorenzo Battilocchi (@X3roHero) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 5G coverage very poor around Provost Estate (N1 London). Please can you look into it? Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!
-
JR-J (@JRJUK) reported from East Ham, England@ThreeUKSupport And as I thought my issues haven't been solved because the person in your contact centre couldn't understand what I was asking...
-
许北方xubeifang (@xubeifang) reported from Walthamstow, England@ThreeUK Why do 3G companies always have a network?

-
Darren Flatt (@Dazza_Flatt) reported from Loughton, England@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.
-
Paul (@pauljamestailor) reported from Ilford, England@ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal
-
Darren Woods (@spinneywoods) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK FFS why is your service so bad standing by Tower of London and cannot access any data
-
Moley (@marinnamolseed) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to them already, they are unsure why this has happened as they never have issues in store online purchases. I’m more concerned about putting in a complaint about this whole ordeal.

Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.
-
julz (@julz_media) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK phone not working can’t get through to network
-

So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!
-

-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
