    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    Been a weekend of internet hell. Broadband’s broken. @ThreeUK 4G was really patchy to the point there was barely any connection. Still having problems. Please sort it out.

    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called a week ago to set up data roaming abroad for my trip to Portugal and was told this was done. Now I get to Portugal and I still can't enable it. I can’t call 333 because I'm not in network and I can't live chat bc it just says "try again later" - rubbish!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's a bit laissez faire from @ThreeUKSupport & @ThreeUK I expected a little more help rather than telling me to return to a service that failed me so badly that they threatened to suspended my service, twice, if I did not take a credit. 2/5

    @VodafoneUK new contract @ThreeUK SIM has arrived. So much better signal. Three is now in SIM 1 and Vodafone (for now) in SIM 2.
