-
julz (@julz_media) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK phone not working can’t get through to network
-
Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.
-
Soogs (@iSoogs) reported from Walthamstow, EnglandAlmost no service with @ThreeUK for the last 48 hours. All I kept being told is call back in 2 hours, the system is down. If no one can help why the hell am I waiting on hold for so long?
-
Tom PositiveLad (@PositiveLad) reported from Tottenham, England@ThreeUKSupport data seems to have gone down on both 5G & 4G on our home broadband. N22. Can you check this please? Have rebooted router.
-
Paul (@pauljamestailor) reported from Ilford, England@ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal
-
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks
-
Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from City of London, EnglandHow on earth now is there no service at London Blackfriars !! What on earth is going with your awful network??? Spend some bloody money and fix it @ThreeUK #Three
-
Rob Crabtree (@crabrc) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport It took three days to reply to this. During that time I called numerous numbers, tried ordering online multiple times. No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.
-
许北方xubeifang (@xubeifang) reported from Walthamstow, England@ThreeUK Why do 3G companies always have a network?
-
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, EnglandMy experience of @ThreeUKSupport has been terrible. A call centre in India picks up my calls. The customer service operatives do not know the areas in London where I have no network coverage. They ask for post codes which is nonsense really. Overall terrible experience.
-
Andrea Franceschini (@morpheu5) reported from Walthamstow, EnglandHey @ThreeUKSupport is it just me or service is gone in E17 4GD?
-
Darren Flatt (@Dazza_Flatt) reported from Loughton, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have a complaint open but no one seems to be interested in resolving the issue. Don't know if you can help? I received an email with options to renew my contract. The option I choose was 12gb for £10 a month for 12 months. However I am now being... 1/2
-
Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK I see my poor@signal@has returned at home yet again! What is it now? More engineering work? A bird has chewed the lines? It’s ridiculous. Postcode: E9 5JH
-
Leigh Regan (@LeighRegan73) reported from Romford, England@ThreeUKSupport thank you so much for setting your debt collectors on me with no communication whatsoever. Lovely customer service. Looking forward to moving to another supplier when my contract ends #poorservice
-
Stevy Toal (@stevytoal) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport I have no 5G, and my 4G is running slowly. My postcode is: E3 3GW. Is there an outage? If so, what is the ETA for this to be resolved?
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, I’ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? I’m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.
-
Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK yet more poor signal in E9. One or no bar. Really fed up of this poor service! F**king useless.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.
-
Jimmyavenger 🇪🇺 (@Jimmyavenger) reported from Tottenham, EnglandAbsolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. 🤬🤬🤬
-
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

-
Broony (@broony1987) reported@ThreeUKSupport your mobile signal is terrible
-
Omni (@omnishredder_) reported@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞
-
Jo Smith 🌹 (@carsonsmummy) reportedJust had a call from someone supposedly representing @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport advising me that my sim will be blocked in 3 days due to network issues. Is this a load of old tosh / spam / phishing, or is it true? I hung up.
-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?
-
Simon Winstanley (@Winclouduk) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company
-
Jim Jones (@smikealfred) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport that’s now over 24hrs our WiFi has been down. Can you provide an update when you expect normal service to resume please ? Old Colwyn, North Wales area
-
Álvaro Pétrus (@AcgbPetrus) reported@ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.
