Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Snaresbrook and nearby locations:
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.
-
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Ilford, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage. But come n see urself
-
Lorenzo Battilocchi (@X3roHero) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 5G coverage very poor around Provost Estate (N1 London). Please can you look into it? Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!

Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are
-
C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.
