    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 5G coverage very poor around Provost Estate (N1 London). Please can you look into it? Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!

    Hey @ThreeUK how is it that when you get to Stratford in London, where there is a major railway terminal, a large sports and events stadium, hotels and a big shopping centre there is never any service from your network? @LouisPWilliams @archiewilliams_

    @ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it โ€” but now Iโ€™m confused about the โ€œAdvanced Toolsโ€ reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasnโ€™t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesnโ€™t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to them already, they are unsure why this has happened as they never have issues in store online purchases. Iโ€™m more concerned about putting in a complaint about this whole ordeal.

    Absolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and 5 trasactions totalling around ยฃ84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    I switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay ยฃ4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.
