    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah still have my 5 contracts took it's time too sort out since it's outage on the 23/03/20 with some blips no and again but would help to sort old issues out before trying to get new things done first if you get my drift older customers should be more of a priority I think

    @ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

    Now I being told to wait another two days for a PUK code so no phone for 4 days! This is a shambles for a customer who has paid on time every time their over priced tariff!! @threeuk this is unacceptable! I’ve already put in a complaint with the ombudsman- absolute disgrace

    @ThreeUK And a lot of **** happened no service no help where were you quick to take payments try to sell 5g but not sort out 4g problems so any answers to that I don't think so only reply was blamed it on the corono virus bad enough with the conspiracy of 5g being bad what a joke 🤣🤣🙈

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUKSupport never experienced anything this bad... shameful, been in a store for 2 hours and 3 minutes to get a new phone.. the guys working in the shop are calling 3 customer services like the public and can’t get through..it’s mental and disgusting

    Absolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that should’ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

But they still charging me with the help of @ThreeUK to take money more than my settled direct debit with three company. Kindly tag the other customers so they won’t lose money or quit @three

    @ThreeUKSupport The first time, I didn't get the refund because "The refund was in draft mode" whatever that means. This time because of a nonexistent early termination fee? And the absolutely ridiculous experience I went through to just get some of my previous bills refunded due to poor network

    @ThreeUKSupport Been told about 4 different stories. First time there was no half price deal. Second time there was after the first payment, 3rd time there wasn’t, 4th time there was a half price deal but I never wanted it apparently
