    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been 5 days with no connection, when I ring I get told that they will call back... when I ask why I had no call back they say “oh your case was closed” WTF? Useless... DONT EVER CHANGE TO THREE!!

    @ThreeUK Hi, I was charged for a SIM card I never had and the records show I never used. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!

    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s called sharp business practice. It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network. It wasn’t super easy and was a theft my valuable time!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport After trying online to cancel my contract (which didn’t work) on the 21st September I phoned you and after 25 minutes waiting finally spoke with you, asked to cancel the contract and was told it was cancelled.

    @ThreeUK I was sold an iPhone 12 Pro on the bases I would have 5G and Esim just after launched, it’s now January and no 5G and zero support for ESim, your customer service is poor, most of them just lie to you to shut you up and sell you a lie, my next stop the ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ofcom will look into it actually. I've complained everyday for past week and you do nothing. I'm not paying for Internet I can't use. You don't have the masts to support the network in my area.

    @jamiegreenley @ThreeUK @SamsungUK That seems the best way. I’m going to do the same. I’m done with the dreadful performance of their 4G in the area. I have no idea if they willl bring 5G to my cell tower. They have with the cell tower ‘down the road’ from me.
