3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Snaresbrook, England
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Snaresbrook and nearby locations:
-
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, EnglandSince I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.
-
ANDREW STOKES (@andrewstokes1) reported from Romford, England@ThreeUK why I have yet again got no data arrived despite it clearly stating 4g your service is getting worse and worse. Will I be getting compensated for the disruption
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.
-
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Also I'm talking about 5G Broadband so would imagine 3G congestion shouldn't be an issue 👀
-
Darren Woods (@spinneywoods) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK FFS why is your service so bad standing by Tower of London and cannot access any data
-
Zain mansoor (@Zaaiinn93) reported from Ilford, EnglandFinally decided to leave @ThreeUK horrible service horrible staff avoid at all costs. I was a customer for over 6 years so trust me you can take my word for it.
-
Moley (@marinnamolseed) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to them already, they are unsure why this has happened as they never have issues in store online purchases. I’m more concerned about putting in a complaint about this whole ordeal.
-
James Nicholson (@JamesNi62281680) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken your London coverage is shocking, how many times do we have to complain? I’m not replacing my SIM card and I’m not getting another new phone!! Just bloody fix it 🤬
-
Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUK problems in central London with service ?? What’s happening??
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.
-
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport, the problem isn't everywhere. It is a problem is specific places.
-
M I K E Y (@lostmikeys) reported from Ilford, England@ThreeUKSupport Hey guys. How do I make a formal complaint re: Michelle in your Scottish call centre, who just called me a liar and to “speak to my bank instead” after YOU have overcharged me? Is it true that you “don’t do refunds”? I would like MY money back. Thank you.
-
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.
-
Coffee (@QuantumCaza) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUK please fix your connection man it’s so bad
-
Gareth Williams (@Greenelk) reported from Stratford, EnglandHey @ThreeUK how is it that when you get to Stratford in London, where there is a major railway terminal, a large sports and events stadium, hotels and a big shopping centre there is never any service from your network? @LouisPWilliams @archiewilliams_
-
Shane Collins (@shanecollinsman) reported from Islington, EnglandWhat is the point of having lots of data if your coverage is so bad in LONDON 🤮 @ThreeUK

-
Moley (@marinnamolseed) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport mobile was stolen yesterday, paid upfront costs to get a new device delivered today. It’s now not coming with no explanation. Guy on the phone says it’s not his problem. That is not okay…
-
Daniel Ross (@duffbeer3107) reported from Romford, EnglandIt’s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch
-
Happy Niall Year 🇺🇦🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🦖🦕 (@nialltg) reported from Hackney, England@tsamasaurusrex @ThreeUK the WORST. i will when i get my next phone.
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
Lynette Cone (@Lynette_C) reported@ThreeUK No advance notice of systems being down ALL WEEKEND, (can't even see an X post about it) so I'm now unable to purchase a Go Roam pass before I leave the UK on holiday. Not a happy Three customer.
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Sort the dreadful service out in B43 Birmingham.Reception is slow or unavailable.
-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
-
Mahmut Tör (@MahmutTor) reportedDear @virginmedia and @ThreeUK One of you cut our broadband service, the other one doesn’t provide mobile signal even though we pay both of you. could you supply some pigeons please?
-
Thomas Pigg (@pigg_thomas) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh wow I didn’t realise they did that Find a solution ?
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK B43 Birmingham dreadful service.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
