@ThreeUKSupport It’s called sharp business practice. It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network. It wasn’t super easy and was a theft my valuable time!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been 5 days with no connection, when I ring I get told that they will call back... when I ask why I had no call back they say “oh your case was closed” WTF? Useless... DONT EVER CHANGE TO THREE!!

@ThreeUK Hi, I was charged for a SIM card I never had and the records show I never used. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!
