    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

    @ThreeUK and @NintendoUK it seems #Three5G service does not work at all with #nintendoswitchonline this is now a complete show stopper for me! Switch games that don't use the online service like #fortnite or #PaladinsGame work fine but this #NATTypeD issue cripples online!

    @ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK AVOID THESE LIARS I raised a complaint as I am disabled and was taken into hospital last Wednesday however I was not able to contact 999 and was extremely lucky that a neighbour heard my cries. It was confirmed by three and media that emergency calls were down But ID now lying
