@8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

@Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

@ThreeUKSupport The thing is. I can handle a short period of poor service if you guys were honest and upfront about the whole situation from the start rather than trying to convince everyone it’s their device that’s at fault and denying there is a citywide problem.

@ThreeUKSupport A few months ago you changed your web site login. The change doesn't work with Chrome very well due to: phone number entry page (why??????), 12 char limit on pwds. Chrome suggests longer by default which causes a weird 'text.generic' error page to show. Fix please

@ThreeUKSupport He did transfer to a rolling one month contract. My point is that he doesn't read texts or emails so no one knew his old contract was ended. With lockdown, no one is seeing him as often to check on these things and help him change to a better deal

@ThreeUKSupport So when I got the chance and spoke to all these Indian advisors, they all said different things. I wanted to cancel completely but they said they couldn't do anything till he had a new 12 month contract. That was a lie.
