Thank you @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport far always being unprofessional and disrespectful on your chats. Not even to mention the 1hr long waiting on the customer service call than never gets answered. I was tricked in a contract and promised no network issues and all i experience...

  • jadesharp1992
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Hounslow, England

@ThreeUKSupport Will do! When you put that postcode in on your website though, it still says you're fixing an issue in this area, so maybe your website needs to be updated?

  • CraigyBEsq
Craigy B (@CraigyBEsq) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

  • andrelereveur
alittlePsYco (@andrelereveur) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUK it is absurd to pay for such an expensive service and still not having the proper return is unacceptable. I want to cancel my plan. I really do. Been having issues since NOVEMBER

  • DepravedAcid
Depraved Acid (@DepravedAcid) reported from Hounslow, England

@ThreeUK Your customer services are absolutely appalling. And to be posting invoices and have no online business portal or means of automatically emailing invoices to customers is unbelievable. This is the 21st century you know. #three#h3g#joke

  • miserablekings
Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@cokernutts @ThreeUKSupport Lol switch to 3G. Btw most modern iPhones don’t even allow that button to work any more. But you’d know that as a mobile network operator, right...

  • rupinjapan
Rup Walker (@rupinjapan) reported from Ealing, England

Terrible new customer service on @ThreeUK . Taken more than a week to transfer over my number, so much wasted time on inefficient Live chat and phone. Very disappointed

  • mdighe
Massimo Dighe 🇪🇺 (@mdighe) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUK Hi, I bought online a sim a week ago but I haven’t received anything. The phone number on the mail is closed, the chat is not working and there’s no way to contact you. In the meantime I’m paying my monthly fee. How can I check where my sim is?Can I collect from a store?

  • geometric
Geo (@geometric) reported from Kensington, England

    @lilsusie @henry_cuddles @EE @ThreeUK It’s not a bad network! Just doesn’t do what I want

  • TheRealBrookieC
Brooke Colman (@TheRealBrookieC) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUK @threeuksupport I’ve been on hold for 60 mins to discuss the terrible network coverage in my area. This is exactly why I will be leaving you in 30 days!

  • edwarrditis
Mark (@edwarrditis) reported from Hounslow, England

Good morning @ThreeUKSupport my 5G home broadband is not working since last night here in Isleworth TW7 post code. Are we still having issues? Also had this experience yesterday morning.

  • i_o_olanrewaju
Idris Olanrewaju (@i_o_olanrewaju) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUKSupport can you please kindly let me know , why I’ve not been able to pick up a replacement SIM card in person @ a three store. I wen to the store in Bayswater — and the customer service agents that I spoke to Agnes & Jelani told me their hands are tied.

  • thekinaton
Jason Sensation (@thekinaton) reported from Wandsworth, England

I'm sure @ThreeUK and @PayPalUK use save customer service handbook. Same old excuses.

  • bluemoonstar
🗺Nick (@bluemoonstar) reported from Hammersmith, England

@Garryc0nn0r @ThreeUK Absolutely bunch of crooks and they know it! Charging for a service which they dont deliver!

  • StreetCube
StreetCube (@StreetCube) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

  • rikscha_
richard (@rikscha_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

  • music235
Nick 235 (@music235) reported from Brentford, England

@kl_coop @virginmedia Yes mine is down as well and I can’t even get on the network status page to register a fault... even my @ThreeUK connection seems to be lagging

  • Nickjames820
Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUK Do they support 5g? Come to think of it do they support data at all on your network?

  • Cigleris
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England

Seems @ThreeUK is down, unable to make calls

  • JWBarnham
James Barnham (@JWBarnham) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

Will the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?

  • AutomationAlex
    Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK

  • axtumnbreeze
    chey (@axtumnbreeze) reported

I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈

  • RyanSael
    Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

  • FoxRunTime
    fox  (@FoxRunTime) reported

still better service quality than @threeuk

  • grantdotdev
    Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported

I've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
