Someone has fraudulently taken out a phone and contract in my name in a @ThreeUK store and Three's response to me is that I need to go into the shop and cancel it. Didn't set it up in the first place and your shop has enabled fraud but sure thing guys. Excellent customer service.

Hi @ThreeUK, our mobile broadband contract expired months ago, and I stopped my monthly payments as most providers take it as a sign that the customer wishes to cancel without spending 1 hour waiting on the phone. Why is there a 30 days cancellation notice for monthly extensions?
