@ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

.@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

@ThreeUKSupport I've had no mobile signal for over a week in my central London office. The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

@Nicktendo_ @ThreeUK Was with Voda for 20+ years and had no issues, then everything changed. Last few years were endless aggro with no rewards for loyalty. They didn't even try to tempt me to stay.

Normally if you had an iPhone before, plus if you’ve been on the same network before, your existing SIM card will still work. I’ve had the same one 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport My wife was trying to leave as you could not match another deal. Kept only been given offer with unlimited data or 100gb when she only uses 4gb max. Then when she said it was with another network was told she would have a hard credit check and would look bad on her credit report.
