But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

@ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

@ThreeUKSupport What is going on with your network... Again the service on my 4G Home Broadband has dropped out in the EH6 area of Edinburgh. Ping reports are 557 ms and 0.05Mpbs speed downloads!! Had to switch to tethering on my O2 just to send this tweet! Please fix it !
