    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Quick question @ThreeUKSupport as the second sim still isn’t activated, I just wanted to check. If I use the PAC code for the main account to switch to another network. Will it also cancel the sim that still doesn’t work? It was taken as a second sim offer during signup.

    @ThreeUK DO NOT USE Had to call 5 x to resolve an issue. Never send out in writing. Just a verbal over the phone in very broken english. Better contract with back street drug dealer.
