10 months since Three customer protection team sent me a letter claiming the reactivation of my account after my mobile number port out was delayed due to the COVID situation. Still zero news from @ThreeUKSupport. My mobile number is still in the hands of hackers for all I know.

@ThreeUKSupport Just come off the phone to the Network support team, they are telling me there's nothing wrong with a drop in speeds from 30-35Mbps to <10Mpbs and network is working as designed?? I'm 700mfrom a 3 mast and have had steady speeds until the last week?
