    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

    What is actually wrong @ThreeUK why can’t I speak to a human when I call the helpline. Why is everything ‘online chat’ then hang up. These times I’m calling because I cant get online and your sending me to ‘online chat’. Make it make sense please.

    @Channel4News @darshnasoni @ThreeUK I just find these stories highlight the issue for everyone but there seems to be no help or aftercare. I'm not suggesting the news outlet do this for them but it would help giving some sort of guidance of sorts.
