@ThreeUKSupport It’s ok. I’ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & I’ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you don’t......

@rc81_ @ThreeUK A bit troubling that they were aware that I’m a @ThreeUK customer though, but Three said there had been no security breaches

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@steviemetime @ThreeUK Goodness. You have been promising that eSIM is “coming soon”, for (literally) years @ThreeUKSupport Please just be honest with your customers. If you are not going to support it, we can go elsewhere.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s a painful solution from previous experience. How about this for an idea? You fix the bug in your letter sending and send me an accurate version.

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@TheRealPapyAndy @ThreeUKSupport If only that were the case. I wonder if Three have taken onboard my suggestion to fix it and raised a Jira ticket?!

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is

@ThreeUKSupport my 5g broadband connection is down even though the router lights are green and the router says the connection should be normal. Is there any issue for SE19?

@bedulcan @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Exactly this, wanted me to pass security - yes I’d forgotten but asked me to go onto the website to check my passcode. Er how am I supposed to do that when I have no Wi-fi? Absolute joke - the whole thing as to why it’s down is being kept really quiet as well
-
Andrew Goodlad
(@GoodladAndrew) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Maybe worth assuming a little that people asking about eSims are worried they have to leave Three. It’s your job also to inform your customers. I was looking elsewhere until I read a tweet from a three customer saying there was a nano sim option.

-

@ThreeUKSupport It's intermittently on and off. Sometimes 5G will work, other times it won't. Sometimes even 4G doesn't work. Postcode is M460UH/M160QQ the postcode was recently changed. Should I assume I'm not getting through £3088 compensation for loss of service as promised in the screenshot?
-

@ThreeUKSupport You do not provide further help anywhere. I have been 3 hours with your staff on the phone plus another 3 hours with your staff over chat and I couldn't even get them to understand that 5G and 5GHz were different things. Your escalation team literally believe they are the same

@ThreeUKSupport Tomorrow will be the third attempt to deliver my new hub from the awful DPD (even though I’ve been home during these so-called attempts). SIM card hasn’t arrived yet either. If this continues to cause me inconvenience I’ll cancel everything.

@cpaulthorn @aston_adam @ThreeUK Probably not that long, Three did it to me a decade ago when they realised giving every customer unlimited data was a bad business move.
