@ThreeUKSupport To view her bank statements and found to her horror she's been charged for 2 items that ended in 2017. This goes way beyond a complaint. The service 'Derage' provided was despicable and I'm personally disgusted with his attitude. He has caused the customer severe distress.

@ThreeUK we’ve had poor internet for over a week. When we ring up workers waste time checking our mobile and broadband settings even though we already know there are repairs. We deserve honest answers and proper timeframes for repairs. Web updates during repairs are useless.
