@ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

@ThreeUKSupport HELP - new phone & SIM arrived on 26th Jan. Sadly, you have FAILED to activate my replacement SIM. On the website it says it takes 2 hours but to allow 48. I’ve waited over 90 HOURS now & contacted customer support 4 TIMES. Each time I’m fobbed off. POOR!

@DivyB @ThreeUK To be clear, I still have the contract, and I am still paying £7.50/month for 1GB. I bought it for my original iPad not long after it came out. I have cut the SIM card down to fit the progressively smaller card holders.
