@ThreeUK - been trying to get resolution to a relatively simple issue for 3-4. Months. No mobile service. No handset. You are happy to keep taking my money & provide no help. Web chat & call centre totally useless. How do I contact a grown up with some authority & sense?

@ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to complaints, got absolutely nowhere. They are asking me for more money to pay off the contract. It’s not acceptable when you haven’t provided a service I’m paying for. I’ve had no end of problems with the company. I will have to seek advice from Ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport I took the contract out with Three last December and had a brand new phone. 12 months of intermittent signal, £8 taken off bill but I’ve still given Three nearly £500 for a service that doesn’t work and I have to drive 1mile to get signal

@Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK I've got a crap service with @ThreeUK since they did some "essential work in my area". Couldn't get it sorted so I've left assured there won't be any charges. Now they've send me a bill with a cancellation charge in it. I went to the ombudsman and now sorted. Never coming back!
