Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I was charged for a cancelled contract , managed to chat to #Three to request refund and cancel DD but #Three said no mistake were made according to their system 😱 and no Apologies. Wonder how many were charged like this 😡

@alphamainwalk @ThreeUKSupport Same my wifi is with three aswell so I can only contact people on Snapchat if I’m connected to a different network, it’s only Snapchat and App Store that it’s affecting and it’s getting really annoying now as Snapchat is my main way of communicating with people
