Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

When I enter it I get an error message "Bad Request - your browser sent a request that this server could not understand" Tried chat - held on 30 minutes. 1/2
