Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

Guaranteed Con!

She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. Marcus Nash (@norfolkbirdtour) reported@Shandazar @bt_uk I would gladly ditch BT, but most alternative providers just use the BT network, so when there is a fault (regularly here!) it is harder to get it fixed (one blames the other). Still getting emails from @TalkTalk offering us full fibre too! Mobile coverage very poor here as well
