I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming
