Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. Guaranteed Con!

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
