Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.
