@bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

Trying to cancel @btsport. Can't do it online despite my best efforts, so I phone. First 2 attempts at the menu system resulted in dead air. 3rd time I managed to talk to someone, who put me on hold for a minute then hung up. I'm beginning to think it's deliberate.

Just had @bt_uk tell me that if I cancel my BT Halo package,due to not receiving full internet signals (Using boosters we bought) & go to BT Basic package, we will go to COPPER wired internet.We are disabled @ScotGov wont help us, but help Basic Customers.
