    @bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

    @bt_uk So you really make my life hard!! Internet so slow son constant complaining. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

    @chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

    @btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    @bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

    @DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

    @bt_uk Internet still down fault reported 6 days ago engineer came today says another 2/3 days absolute joke of a customer service all the promises made on TV adverts are a myth can't wait to get out of this contract !!! Thanks again BT

    Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

    Quick update. Managed to get hold of a person. They wanted to run me through ALL the steps I've already done. Got transfered to retentions, told I'll have to pay £144 to leave. Fine. Then got transferred to the tech team. Who HUNG UP!! @bt_uk think you can help?

    @TheRealHughesy BTSport are just as bad tbh…… always get buffering issues - with Virgin fibre at 200mbps and the TV wired in to the box….. it’s bloody shambolic!

    @bt_uk you promised my elderly mum a free mini hub on the 19th December and it still hasn't arrived. HELP! She hasn't had any broadband since the 18th. Engineer booked for the 3rd Jan for a new hub which we had to sign up for... we are not impressed right now!

    @bt_uk what is happening with the broadband? Since Christmas we’ve been losing connection we pay for a service that we can not enjoy, a service that is not cheap either! I have reset my router etc this has not helped is there an issue with your service?

    @bt_uk Never received ANY of this information. You were also delayed sending us a disc by two months. Your technician also never advised we would be charged. Disgusting customer service.

    @bt_uk No, I haven't done that. 1st Ive heard of it. I've had several chats with the ironically named 'customer service' team and no-one's mentioned that. She has had two engineers in. First one set up the hub and told her she'd have to 'put it in herself' (she's 92).

    @bt_uk I would not recommend anybody getting BT Fibre ! I have been a BT customer for a few years . When I was out of contract I was asked to contact BT to renew , I was told I had to have Fibre Installed, I agreed.7 months later 2 missed install dates , 2 days of lost earning
