Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England@bt_uk My current bill for £55.99 does not appear to take account of the 27 days my broadband/digital voice service was out for. What happened to the alleged "automatic compensation"?
-

Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England@glenoglaza1 @btsport definitely have the worst commentators and summarisers. The commentator tonight regularly gets players wrong and tries to bluff his way out of it hoping nobody has noticed .....
-
Lisa 🏴🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye
-
Andrew Leggett (@derbynutter) reported from Litlington, England@SkySportsNews Hope all is ok @SkySportsNews. Hope service resumes from a @btsport fan
-
Richard Borrett (@rsborrett) reported from Hitchin, England@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!
-
Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England@boyd_d1 @btsport really do have poor commentators and summarisers who constantly state the obvious - not in the same class as @SkySports
-

Rant over ...
-
Paul Clarke (@Clarko2000) reported from Welwyn, EnglandIf we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. -
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?
-
Tracy White (@tracifer1978) reported from Luton, England@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY
