  @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  @asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

  @bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?   @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach BT invited me to take up fibre Broadband. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
