@bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk we closed my now deceased father’s account with you a year ago, you have acknowledged the account is paid but you’ve just sent my mum a threat of bailiffs if she doesn’t pay a bill that actually doesn’t exist. She is now in tears. Your service on this has been disgusting.

@bt_uk Stop trying to confuse customers. Yes you will provide excellent WiFi to every room but that will not your terrible connection speeds. You couldn't even provide me with bt sport. I left for sky and now watch bt sport in HD they even speak English should you need to speak to them

Oct 2020 and I get involved. We I see how bad the speeds are I’m appalled. I get to experience first hand how @btbusinesscare will do no investigation and default to “not our fault, fine at our end”. I pay money for a tech specialist to run tests on our network. 7/?

@bt_uk Had call from Cyber Team and told issue to be fixed on 29th January. Sadly I have zero confidence in BT that it will be resolved.
