    @bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

    @btsport hi your live chat the other day changed payment date for my bill till September 8th to give me more time to pay it an she said my channels would come back on within 24 to 48 hours but they not back on yet can you help me?

    The picture quality on BT is proper dog **** init? When watching straight through the telly. The app is fine. Through the telly is not good at all. Sort it out @btsport - like watching it through a potato. #LFC #CommunityShield

    @bt_uk hi, im getting in contact because our area still doesnt have any internet or home phone. Im a student and household are needing to work from home- is there an estimate of when it'll be wprking again? Been down since Thursday.

    @Jay_whitehead87 @bt_uk We had them at first at BD .. tons of problems until one engineer figured out that somebody else had literally piggybacked our line as such (their staff not some ***** or summat) .. maybe they've done the same again???

    Had the worst customer experience with @bt_uk should of had our broadband contact on the 16th December still no broadband , now sat waiting for a phone all again from the order team #nothappy #wasteoftime

    @btsport Can someone contact me please, trying to add a late payment charge on my biĺl this month even though I didnt recieve anything last month to say my bill was ready to be paid etc ..as your covid discount credit had run out .. Cant wait til cancel in November!!

    @bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.

    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    @bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

    @bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

    @NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

    @AnnSanton @btsport If you slow it right down Odegaard actually stands on Edersons foot which is why I think the VAR deemed that Ederson touched the ball first
