-
Sam McCartney (@SamMcCartney) reported from Burnley, EnglandPerson calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. -
Wes (@bluwes) reported from Oldham, England@DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. 'Motivated And Confident' Mags (@dejkirkby) reported from Burnley, England@bt_uk @MikeAubury Read this as: Whenever we feel we can fleece customers by holding big events to random behind a 2nd paywall, we will. Forget that customer already pay a premium to receive BT Sports, because we couldn't give a shit.
-
🏴 james buxton🏴 (@buxton081) reported from Burnley, England@bt_uk No not yet, still can’t order online and still can’t do it when I ring! Got some team working on the problem!

'Motivated And Confident' Mags (@dejkirkby) reported from Burnley, England@virginmedia @btsport as a VM customer with the BT Sport add-on, can you explain to me the idea behind having the only reason I have the BT Sport add-on, UFC, having major events locked behind a secondary paywall and then still increasing the package cost. Not only double

-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@bt_uk With respect, I wasn't suggesting you look at my account, but simply asking if this problem of BT customers unable to access their account & there appear to be, have BT HQ put out an internal notice to the social media team? It looks like the 'guides' are aware but you aren't
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported@bt_uk I’ve told your complaint handlers I’m not spending one more minute of my time talking to anyone from BT. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.
-
Bill Scott (@BillSco747) reported@KeoghsLaw @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach BT invited me to take up fibre Broadband. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

Apex Signs (@apex_signs1) reported@bt_uk @BTBusiness I need to speak to an agent about a billing issue asap, So you tell me to go to live chat……..nobody available????? So how can I deal with this issue ?? How do I get to actually talk to someone ? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. So frustrating!!!
-
WTF...😂 (@Aliens2back000) reported@bt_uk I've been a long-time BT TV customer, but with only the BBC left for news (versus Sky's 10+ channels), I need better choices. Enough is enough! Please expand your news lineup or risk losing subscribers. Waiting..
-
Darren Lewis (@Darren_Lewis1) reported@bt_uk typical BT broadband neglecting loyal customers - renewal prices for a customer of 6 years - charging WAY MORE than the market rate and WAY MORE than if I was a new BT customer. Shame on you, I thought those days of not caring about your long standing customers was over.
-
Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.

fuey (@hongkongfu3y) reported@bt_uk hello BT. I was a BT customer for years but was shifted onto EE. I have a broadband package with them and 2 sim only deals (originated as BT sims) If I change back to BT would I still get the mobile discount with EE being the same as BT or would that change??
