    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @jmmgee @bt_uk I don’t work for them but myself and and another were able to dig around the internet to find actual information. Service providers and Openreach have provided no actual information just estimates that’s keep moving.

    @bt_uk Had the pleasure to speak to a very unhelpful lady regarding my broadband being consistently slow . Apparently we are in the 00’s and we should be connected by Ethernet … so condescending it was untrue

    @bt_uk what is going on with your full fibre service?? We have been with internet service for 24 hours. It will be done by 5pm you said, it will be done by 9am you said. What about customer service?? This isn’t the first time this has happened.

    @bhallums2 @jmmgee @bt_uk The frustrating this is there are engineers in the field working hard to fix it, just the comms to customers is non existent. Shows the companies involved neither value customers or their staff dealing with it.

    @bt_uk can someone DM me ASAP - I had a temp EE WiFi mini hub mobile assigned to my account until my Internet was fixed/installed. Which is now done. It shows it as a contract until August 2023? I need this removing and switching off! As this account was meant to be closed. Help
