    @BTCare Morning. No fault on the line after being tested three times. Was looking at changing to fibre but the call I was promised never happened and trying to find time to be on hold is difficult. I thought that if I upgraded to fibre it might solve the problem if the router is prob.

    @BTCare Thanks Karl! The last issue we had with BT - when BT Sport wouldn’t play - was met with ‘if it’s your fault, we’ll charge you for the engineers coming out’. Needless to say it was BT, but still made us pay for it. Just really don’t seem to care, once you’re a customer...

    @BTCare not a customer as work for sky but had phone call saying my BT Broadband will cut off today press one to confirm and two to cancel. Please look into this scam for your customers as I know most of your customer base is the elderly who will be taken advantage off :)

    @BTCare Naturally I did the test socket, 🙄, I also remember an engineer ‘fixing’ the problem approx 18 months ago, by knocking my line out altogether for 2 weeks, and claiming the problem was rectified 😄😄

    @BTCare I made a complaint but it is still not resolved. We had issues with broadband back in jan 18. BT decided to send engineer and has now charged us for this visit. Stating it was client equipment yet I still have the same euipqment. Engineer didn’t touch my equipment.

    @BTCare They advised me it would cost £130 for an engineer, and I advised them otherwise, as I had borrowed another router to check it wasn’t that, and also changed micro filters, wasn’t that either, clearly a problem at your end

    @BTCare It says there’s no faults, but there have been a number of times where I’ve had to reboot my router or switch to mobile data as performance using home broadband is poor

    @BTCare They said open reach had a problem that needs manual fixing. Open reach was supposed to do work oct 8 so why was I not informed there was a problem until after I called on oct 15. Now I am without internet and tv! They said they will update me oct 22 then book an engineer to come
