@bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

@bt_uk Connection is atrocious, numerous engineer visits, told it’s a different but external issue/fault each time. Last engineer recommended a hybrid hub; whilst he was here, BT reduced our ‘guaranteed speed’ to 1mb from 3mb with no warning or discussion.

@bt_uk numerous engineer visits because of atrocious Broadband ‘service’, each time told it’s an external issue or fault. Until we asked for the hybrid hub that the last engineer recommended & now being told it’s a fault inside the house. Shocking customer service & attitude.

@bt_uk Hi, the apps aren’t working on our BT box and neither are the BT sport channels - despite them being part of our package and nothing changing with our contract etc. Wifi connection is fine. Can you please help? Thanks.
