    Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam internet issues remain now for 12 days. I was told 3-5 days. I can’t use UHD package to its full use nothing will download. Partner working from home struggling to do his job. Poor service from you sky passing me onto @bt_uk openreach, having updates (1/2)

    @bt_uk @btbusinesscare 11th February Message from @btbusinesscare charges will be waived and refund sent. In Reality, after being told the issue resolved after 20 plus emails on 8th May no refund and a letter with charges #Kafka could not write it so well #shameonBT

    @bt_uk Glad to report better service now, thank you @bt_uk. Inexplicably the original problem has diminished so I've cancelled the 3rd appt so as not to waste BT/OpenReach's time. Issue is now being monitored instead. Thanks to David on helpline today who kept on the ball & called back.

    @bt_uk @btbusinesscare wow what a scam you just played on a 78 year old first promise a refund does turn up 4 months and waiting ! then you send another bill in for the same service you fooled them into keeping.

    @bt_uk I had 2 identical scam calls yesterday on my landline, claiming to be BT. I never use this line or give out the number to anyone. Any idea how they managed to get it? 🤔
