@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk BT missled me to transfer my mobile contract to EE - was told included roaming (this is incorrect) just so they could lock me into 24 month contract for my broadband. I raised complaint & BT just closed it 4 hours later. Now only option is to move suppliers within 14 day period

@bt_uk Even though the my bt app is showing fault on line from 5/4 and the line was down a week before. Due to damages line ,duct blocked , new cable run , jointing issues and on and on.
