Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk WOEFUL service from #BT as usual. Leaving them today because of their dire WIFI service, rang them to say I am not paying cancellation charge and all I get is belligerence from their #customerservice team. Have been a customer for years, not anymore.

@bt_uk So they've replied its working fine. However, when I switch my phones hotspot on and use that to stream stuff instead it works fine. However, your broadband won't support it properly? Think it's time I find a better provider

@bt_uk extremely frustrated to be advised that although you can add additional cameras to baby monitor 6000 - you can actually purchase a stand alone camera to add? What is that all about? Would never have bought originally if this was known!!! Very sneaky/underhand marketing!
