@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

A question for you techphiles. Why do mobile devices always want to connect to a @TPLINKHelp router (w/ low signal) in the cabin 50ft down the garden rather than our @bt_uk home router (w/ full signal) that’s 5ft away. Is it something in the settings of my devices? @AppleSupport

@bt_uk I have ordered a broadband package with you 4times in the past week!All of them have been cancelled by yourselves,I was promised last Friday a minihub from that has never been posted! After being with sky for 13 years I was giving BT a try but 100% will not recommend to anyone!

@bt_uk Hi we’ve tried to reconnect the routers but it’s saying there’s a problem with the broadband and it’s now saying we’re not signed up for certain things when we’ve been using them until recently and we were sure it was all part of the package…it’s all been a shambles
