@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk Now TV doesn’t load up properly. I click on a programme and it goes back to the BT TV guide. Never used to do it. Also flickering a lot when I’ve got TV programmes on. Checked all plugs and cables and no issues there.
