    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @davidakime @btsportmotogp @btsport Does that have all the sessions on Live and then on demand and is there a way to get it on your TV? Can you airplay it via an AppleTV for example and is it 4K or HD? Ha ha sorry for all the questions, genuinely interested as I have never had it 👍 #MotoGP

    @bt_uk I just want to cancel my service because of the shocking service I’ve received over the last 6 months. I called to ask for my service to be cancelled (without a termination fee); was passed from pillar to post. My request was not listened to. I’m writing to the ombudsman.

    @bt_uk I've registered a new account with bt and they've charged me £25 for the monthly pass but completely forgotten all my details not sent my email a link or anything so i can't login but you've charged my account ridiculous I either or can someone sort it out please

    @bt_uk If she can't work BT can pay her wages for the time its not working! And explain it to her employer why she can't work next week. These problems simply should not happen.

    @bt_uk I have already done so, and apparently my broadband will be down until 00.59 am tomorrow. Still nobody will explain what the problem is, or why this has happened. Again I ask, what is going on !!!.
