    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk you are absolute garbage .You should pay for ppl therapy session because you drive ppl mad. In the 21st century I have 23mb of speed and if someone wants to move where I live and connect to Bt they will get,wait for it, 7mb of speed . SEVEN ! YOU ARE A JOKE !

    @bt_uk bt any problems in Belfast BT4 ?? The homehub is flashing purple/pink despite 6 or 7 resets now and checking all the cables. The info tells me this is a signal problem? No internet. No tv. Kids , wife v unhappy. Might even miss Boris's exit from no. 10

    I think @bt_uk should be named British Snailband for only saying they support 40Mb. Like with things like lightbulbs, microwaves, consoles, doorbells - they seem to think that’s an acceptable speed

    @bt_uk I’ve done it many times and it says fibre 1 is the only speed I can get! My household needs at least Fibre 2 — I’ve been on fibre 2 many times with you and all of a sudden when I’ve contacted you I’ve been told my line doesn’t support the speed (I had 72Mb previously from you)

    @bt_uk hi. Having subscription channel issues on the BT TV package I’ve recently upgraded too via the employee intranet. It had all been ok but now they’ve gone. My confirmation monthly bill wasn’t quite right also. Could you check please. Thanks.

    @bt_uk unable to provide decent customer service by denying us an engineer. Context - Hub colour orange, Pierre turned off and on 2X factory resettled, phone-for advice, operator said they were unable to help at their end so they send engineer to fix, never arrived, name is Alex
