@bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@BTCare your app is garbage! I've already tried once today to buy a monthly pass without success and it took me two hours on the phone to get a refund. My Mrs has just tried to buy it and the same thing has happened to her - doesn't recognise BT ID or Password. Why can't you make

@drsje3 @bt_uk Consider yourself lucky, I've had 6 engineers, 3 from openreach, 3 from a firm called qube contractors from BT, 1x fibre optic modem, 3 smart hubs, 2 X hybrid connects & a total of 5 WiFi discs. Still the problem persists...🙄🙄🙄

@nuttywray @PeterKuninch @bt_uk No you shouldn’t but all service providers make it clear that speed is only guaranteed on a hard wired connection. And if he is on the lower speed spectrum then 48 on wifi is pretty good

@bt_uk This should be standard for any fault - customers pay to have broadband and shouldn’t have to pay extra to because you can’t fix faults in a reasonable amount of time. 3 faults in as many weeks would have been cheaper for you to send 4g than the compensation were due for outage
-
Amo Dhillon
(@iamAmo_D) reported
@bt_uk you need to re train your agents was told that I would have to pay £550 to cancel which is false no service for 3 weeks and multiple engineers sent out to try and solve this issue which you haven't been able to lol under guidelines I don't have to pay you anything
-
Millwardt

@OpenreachHelp Hi Frazer they have but with an expectation it will be resolved by 9th June which really isn’t good enough @bt_uk - it seems that this is likely to be an engineers mistake or laziness causing the issue we’d appreciate it if you could look ASAP

Each game is £4.99 or a day pass for £6.99. With no reply that I can see. Who is going to buy a game on PPV if they're trying to get into the game? Nobody. @btsport show 1 game a day over the weekend, and some fans having to buy the games almost weekly. This is terrible for Rugby

@bt_uk absolute joke with 3 weeks of no Internet! Paying for a service that I'm not getting and eve keep getting new dates of when they will sort the issue out! Had enough, as some one that works in Customer Experience, you've failed! Price of service gone up but service down
