Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

Brilliant on the mobile, but @btsport app on amazon stick is so temperamental and rubbish. Never works when you want it to. Have to keep force stopping, clearing data and then have to go through effort of login in again.

@bt_uk are so incompetent... I was assured on 29 Jan that my parents (in their late 70s) would have their phone line sorted in days. Still no solution. No landline. Since November. It’s unacceptable. BT keep requesting & cancelling access to the line from Virgin. Garbage.

Some of the Spurs players (would rather not say) seem to me like they do not know how to play organised football. Too many touches to get set up, don’t know where to stand and too many backward passes. Spurs main problems seem to be quality. #btsport #spurs #SpursTwitter
