  @bt_uk Having an issue with Access Controls on my hub... always worked great to limit the kids gaming time, but suddenly the ‘off’ time is cutting off every wi-fi device in the house, not just the specified devices. Please can you help 🤞🏻

  @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

  @bt_uk can you fix your website so people can actually log in! Put details in, get texted a code, put code in, go to look at acc & get taken back to password page… round & round 🔁 🙄 If you want people to pay their bills it’s quite useful to let them see their acc 🤨

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.
