So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk my 86 mum has had no landline for a week now in Bexleyheath no help from BT disgusting how BT treat the elderly. My mum relies on her landline it’s causing her great stress, BT said fault would be fixed by Thursday but still no landline.
