    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk hi was expecting a call back today for a long standing issue where you are charging me for a service that should have been cancelled and I cannot use. I have rung BT about 20times & it’s still not been resolved

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    How long does it take BT Openreach to fix a fault @bt_uk ? Apparently 10 days+ if you’re a pensioner. They promised to fix it twice but don’t turn up. It’s not my account - one of my family’s- we have to wait til after weekend now. So glad I dont haveBT account #FRUSTRATEDWITHBT

    @bt_uk @SianJam69927160 I've got a mini hub, but cellular reception where I live is poor, so it can't establish an Internet connection. Can anything be done about this? I see there are antenna sockets on the back of the hub. Would an external antenna help?

    @LiaamStephen @bt_uk Check the power supply is pushed in properly on the wall socket and where the plug goes in bottom left on your ONT. Power issues would be the only reason it would fully restart again and again.

    @bt_uk I'm not a BT customer, nor's she. Somehow BT has got itself in the middle between @tescomobile and @TalkTalkBizCare to create a purgatory that cannot be stopped Tesco are hiding behind GDPR, its nothing to do with Talk Talk- you've created a service you've not thought through

    Shocking service from BT engineer for setting up broadband. No one can contact him & won’t set me up for a week in new home. Any help from @BT_UK @OpenreachHelp would be appreciated #philipjanssen would suggest review processes, happy to help but can’t get online at the moment

    @bt_uk your customer service is amongst the worst I have ever experienced. Complete lack of ownership over the last 2 weeks for my issues and I am still without internet. You have “so called” Managers who refuse to speak to customers or call back!
