Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Gary (@petrolheadtoo) reported@bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.
