  • davidmellstrom David Mellstrom (@davidmellstrom) reported from Whitley Bay, England

@btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

  • PatternThimble Ceeb 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇦 (@PatternThimble) reported from Cramlington, England

@bt_uk you have 45 mins to meet the 10-12 appointment. That I took the day off for. Defo looks like I'm going to be a @virginmedia customer soon.

@bt_uk Listen. It's an ongoing joke. There isn't one company I've worked for where it's not an issue. 30% of my time is dealing with billing. I'll use my account team. Just wanted to vent.

@bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

  • PatternThimble Ceeb 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇦 (@PatternThimble) reported from Cramlington, England

@bt_uk No. As I've proved all I needed was a new hub. After being a BT customer for 20+ years. I'm looking forward October when my contract finishes. You have a good day.

Absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk who take your money for full fibre broadband! The wifi signal is terrible, 2 BT engineers have confirmed it should be miles better, yet #BT now say they're not responsible for wifi speed once fibre is in property! Waste of money!!!

  • Rachel44432944 Racquel (@Rachel44432944) reported

@WeAreOpenreach I placed a new order with BT to cancel sky - sky gave me a better deal so stayed -within 20min of ordering with BT I cancelled NoV 30th .NOW I can’t be as openreach are still saying there is new order online ! @SkyUK @btsport

  • NzoWraith EXODUS (@NzoWraith) reported

@btsport @AskPS_UK can you please update your BT Sports app on the PS5. Everytime I try to fast forward or rewind the app crashes and starts every show from the beginning. Considering you’re increasing the price. This is extremely poor

  • robincornelius Robin Cornelius (@robincornelius) reported

@bt_uk Yes and that does not fix it. it will happen with any device on the network. It specifically was a problem today with a win10 laptop that was brought back on site. But other devices/phones etc have done the same before. WPA2 auth works fine and it fails somewhere after this. 1/2

  • BrydonN2 BrydonN (@BrydonN2) reported

@VixThatRuns @bt_uk Is rather - must be serious issue … but told service should be resumed by 4pm .. it isn’t

My @BT_UK compaints saga continues 229 days without super fast broadband and the 5th mini hub I have been sent has stopped connecting to the internet!! This definitely is begininng to feel like BT dont want me as a customer it must be a conspiracy Roll on Friday 13th January !!

  • Caldaris94 Caldaris (@Caldaris94) reported

@bt_uk We have devices on both 2.4gz and 5gz bands. Doesn't seem to make a difference. A Few further restarts have not solved the issue either, and it seems that time isn't resolving the issue. Tried disconnecting the one thing that's working, still nothing else will connect. Very odd.
