@bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

@bt_uk not sure how you think it’s acceptable to put BT Sport up from £17.99 to £29.99 a month…. After emailing to say it would be £19.99. Now being told that’s not valid! My dad has been a loyal customer for years and this is how you treat him

@bt_uk That's very disappointing, as it does result in a poorer online experience and didn't happen with my previous provider (@EE which is ironically the same company now). I'm unlikely to renew with BT after my contract period if they don't support location services.

@bt_uk Yes but you dont offer full fibre in Grimsby/my area, with no plans to before 2026 (the year the rollout plan goes up to) Which is kinda stupid given I live in one of the most populated areas in Grimsby yet areas of less than 200 ppl are/will be getting it before end next year
