    @BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

    @btbusinesscare Eventually got in touch but not sure the account issues have been resolved despite my colleague being promised back in July. We need 3 names on the account to be able@to contact you. You keep deleting them so we then can’t report faults.

    @bt_uk new phone number allocated and working well for a week. Last night some Internet speed issues. This morning fine. Land line and Internet working. This pm at around 16.00 no land-line or Internet connection.

    @tonyhorrocks @andysc @bt_uk It used to auto cancel every couple of years too. Similarly with the dance the Royal mail used to make you go through to opt out of their junk mail deliveries. Not sure if they still do that or not.

    @bt_uk Ok so 1/12/20, a month after I ordered, is when I *might* know what the situation is. no reason anyone can give for doing nothing for the first 3 weeks. other option is to cancel this order (1-2 days)& reorder a different package (takes 2 weeks).

    @bt_uk no one turned up spent the entire day at home waiting and the engineer has done a no show and ignoring my texts and calls. this is not on. I dont want this @NOWTV @nowtvhelp connection any more because this is how your customer service is before i'm even connected.

    A very disappointing and patronising phone call with an operative called John. I have rang 4 times to complain about this ongoing issue and it has still not been resolved. Advised by John I can’t escalate my complaint, is this a @bt_uk policy for their loyal customers?
