Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

@btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

@bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ Yep same issue myself, contacted BT Support and they first told me there was no issue and to try port forwarding before then telling me yes they’re have been multiple reports and they’ll hopefully be fixed within 24hrs

Hi @bt_uk Do you have a local Zoom problem at the moment? Absolutely everything is working fine with my WiFi, except I cannot get Zoom on laptop app or web browser, but can if I disconnect WiFi and use data hotspot. Tried rebooting router etc.
