Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

  • chewytheleftie Chris Tindall (@chewytheleftie) reported from Gateshead, England

@bt_uk the worst service in the UK. I’m still getting bills for a service I stopped in January. Absolutely shambolic. I stopped being a customer 3 months ago yet here I am on hold to BT. What a joke.

  • MarkMowbrayNE Mark Mowbray (@MarkMowbrayNE) reported from Blyth, England

Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

  • chewytheleftie Chris Tindall (@chewytheleftie) reported from Gateshead, England

@btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

  • SmarProcurement David Hall (@SmarProcurement) reported from Whitley Bay, England

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

  • karlneedham Karl Needham (@karlneedham) reported

Lots of ex footballs jumping in on the no to #SuperLeague but bet they won’t turn down a few quid to commentate on the games if @SkySports or @btsport end up with the tv deal

  • Poldisleftpeg Brad (@Poldisleftpeg) reported

@HOLLOWAY_GOONER @fkhanage @btsport Sky and BT being so against is money related. Of course they arent open to a super league. If they were given the rights to it, do we think they are shoving these views out? They are pedalling a moral high ground to sell to us. They both regularly **** on football and it’s fans

  • steviebronco1 Steven Castle (@steviebronco1) reported

@Chun_ky @ConnorM1961 @btsport Not really. There are separate "packages" so to speak. Category A fixtures, "B" and so on. Man Utd v Chelsea being "A" and Everton v Newcastle being "B" for example. The fixture list is broken down like that for TV companies to buy.

  • linkinparktom TomBSC87 🔥 (@linkinparktom) reported

Subscription based service so you get to watch the team you support which helps out the team you support say (£10 all games) or pay #Sky and #BTSport £80 £40 a month?
