@BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

@CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

@bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

Another week passed with no call from @bt_uk @BTCare - I was promised a manager call last Saturday. Nothing. Then it was Tuesday. Nothing…then Wednesday…you guessed it! Meanwhile my complaint has been closed with no explanation or communication. And no resolution to the issue!

@chris_rugs @bt_uk Engineers work 7 days a week, Sundays are shorter staffed. Did they tell her what was needed? It may be the team that need to fix it are busy, or it needs a permit to allow them to work. Some faults are not a quick fix. Are your neighbours effected too?

@bt_uk Fault on existing service. Spent 20 minutes on hold this morning while one of your advisors tried to contact Openreach, before he told me they are closed at weekends. Amazed he didn't know that at the start of the call.

@bt_uk The overpayment paid to BT will be gaining interest not passed to the customer.The credit may be shown on the BT account but it has been paid to BT and will be in their bank account gaining interest. I already raised a complaint re my own over charges now raising awareness #OfCom

Is there a worse company than @bt_uk for customer service ? Without broadband for 11 days, 2 engineers out, and they still can't be bothered to figure out the problem. Shocking service, for somebody who needs broadband to work from home, and kids who can't do homework. #sortitout

@bt_uk been trying unsuccessfully for weeks to get BT to enable my 15 BT Protect licenses. I remain restricted to 2 licenses from my old broadband package. Number of handoffs between value and tech teams with no resolution.
