    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk Queried business bills, however, billing team are unwilling to discuss/explain the issues raised. Service has now been suspended and billing team refusing to engage without payment being made. This is nothing short of blackmail! @MoneyTelegraph @TimesBusiness

    Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

    @bt_uk are the most incompetent company. Iโ€™m only a month into my contract and I want to cancel already. Terrible customer service, they just pass you to another dept and then your back to the start. Iโ€™ve never rang a company so much to get something sorted. #terrible

    @omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

    @bt_uk @stokeygurl Iโ€™ve not been able to get into my online account for weeks due to a fault caused when BT upgraded their system a few weeks ago. No account access for weeks, BT cannot help and hence Iโ€™m now taking my landline, broadband and mobile contracts elsewhere! Loyal customer since 1993!

    @bt_uk I have raised a complaint and you already wish to close it I canโ€™t access my account and realise I am paying more for BT sport I donโ€™t have the time to make phone calls and clearly I am not valued as a long standing customer I left EE for same reason.

    @bt_uk you then went onto confirm to refuse to cancel the Digital Voice appointment even though your records show the telecare equipment hasnโ€™t been upgraded yet and that the notes say Iโ€™ll be in touch when it is. Rep went on to say we might be left without a line, like a threat

    @TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told itโ€™s โ€œescalatedโ€ but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2

    @bt_uk 2/2 Subsequent calls & one did say there was 'a known issue'. Called before i went away & made a complaint that as I said earlier, was reported closed almost immediately after confirmation email said it was being processed
