Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Keith Nicholson (@BotDrydar) reported@bt_uk I couldn't stream video for almost 2 years when I was with BT. When I brought up the subject of compensation, I was advised this would only be paid if I withdrew/closed my complaint. Wasn't fixed until I changed to another provider.

We have costs of more than ยฃ2500 now!! No complaint procedure or email & have been told a manager would ring 5 times now!!!! Still nothing!
