Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โI promise I work on behalf of BTโ. I said I can promise Iโm the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, itโs dangerous and a disgrace and itโs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโs unforgivable to do this in this manner.
