    @bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @xainth @IanDunt @bt_uk This isn't correct. The padlock symbol on a website *only* signifies that the connection between your computer and the web server is encrypted. Any website can be configured to support encrypted connections.

    @bt_uk morning! We’re due to go live for our FTTP 900 today. Download tests show it’s on, but, I haven’t had an activation text? Speeds are very up and down. I’ve had an email about digital voice now active so I’d assume everything is done?
