Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

There’s still no substitute 4 an actual human being (technician) on site 2resolve a problem 4. The elderly should not have 2resolve complex tech issues online!
