As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

On numerous occasions, I have paid a premium price for overnight packages, through UPS and FedEx. Only to have the packages show up 3-4 days late.
