@ArsenalStaffs22 @btsportfootball @btsport Yes I know that, doesn't change the fact Premier league sides are still spending big to the point where it doesn't matter if you're elite, you can still spend fortunes. As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them, sokw bad decisions at that club recently

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Cresswell (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

@bt_uk Here's an idea for you. In the morning, contact Openreach, maybe they can lend you a JCB to help with the hole you apparently like digging yourself in to?

  • jimnicebutdim Jim Wall 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jimnicebutdim) reported from Talsarnau, Wales

@bt_uk I don't if you did something but, website has now updated saying there's a problem when I input my landline number and that of my nearest neighbours.

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Cresswell (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

@bt_uk But then, why should I be shocked that a telecoms company is really bad at communicating, that's been proved time after time for years.

  • welsh_girlie me (@welsh_girlie) reported

@bt_uk hi. I’m trying to find where online I can cancel my mobile plan. Contract is up this month. Can’t get through my ringing.

  • ciwcymbyr charlie (@ciwcymbyr) reported

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Cresswell (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

@bt_uk plus, already spoken to your marketing department, and they say the emails are from yourselves. Again, the claim that they are fraudulent is a nice "catch all" excuse, but in this case it what we call a lie. Please don't lie, it just makes you look really stupid.

  • TimDeakin4 Tim Deakin (@TimDeakin4) reported

@btbusinesscare We just need our phone and internet reconnecting due to a fault! It’s costing iur company £10,000’s in lost revenue! Unbelievably bad service!!!! Truly awful

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Cresswell (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

@bt_uk PS: I never said there were misspellings in the email, I listed the misspellings as a list of way the email _addresses_ were not genuine, Do try to read it properly and keep up at the back.

  • Highburydreamer Philip Noble (@Highburydreamer) reported

@bt_uk are really unbelievable. Can’t someone who actually wants to give customer service call a customer and not send texts asking you to quote a landline number that doesn’t exist. Just a litany of frustration

  • daveyates daveyates (@daveyates) reported

@leonahaleyx @bt_uk Get used to it. We are on first name terms with a dozen BT engineers. They have been calling on and off for five years now. The broadband is down more than it works and when it does work it only delivers 4Mbs.
