A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Your comment sounds fine @bt_uk but your team in this line appear not to be authorised to cancel an appointment and not rebook it. How do I contact someone whohas the authorisation to do this?
-
Graham & June Hall (@GrahamH36921247) reported@John210750 @bt_uk We are seriously considering switching, and nuts to the contract. This is awful!

Nscale (@nscale) reportedLast month we announced our plans to work with @bt_uk and @nvidia to bring sovereign AI infrastructure to the UK. Deploying up to 14MW of NVIDIA-powered compute across three BT sites, connected by their national network, with all data remaining within the UK. 🧵

-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?
-
Emma (@em_doapsi) reportedWhoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.
-
mpc (@Scampicus) reported@bt_uk you have sent me around in circles while promising to get a person to speak to me. Blatant lying and disrespect for the customer!
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
