    Hey @bt_uk - my 66 yr old vulnerable mum Moved just before Christmas - you promissed her internet/tv/phone etc would be sorted last week, but sheโ€™s still not connected! Which has left unconnected all over Christmas - which is pretty bad form! #BadCustomerService

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve been on to your call centre as the service isnโ€™t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

    @bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

    @bt_uk Having an issue with Access Controls on my hub... always worked great to limit the kids gaming time, but suddenly the โ€˜offโ€™ time is cutting off every wi-fi device in the house, not just the specified devices. Please can you help ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป

    @bt_uk Hi, itโ€™s not about their service ... itโ€™s about yours technically as youโ€™re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, Iโ€™d still be using the same line which they say canโ€™t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

    Hello @btbusinesscare Iโ€™ve wasted hours of my life, and raised my blood pressure all afternoon trying to connect new Cloud Voice kit and set up an account. Youโ€™re the worst in the world. I canโ€™t believe Iโ€™ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank Iโ€™d be hitting the brandy.

    @bt_uk Perhaps you could read the message I sent ans acknowledge that your chat service and account access aren't working for one of your customers. To be honest, that would resonate better than inviting me to spend an hour on the phone for a 5 minute issue.

    @btbusinesscare IMP-161473302 - still unresolved despite being opened in first week of December. Escalated in January and still unresolved. We need a resolution , not updates advising us you're still 'working on it'. The impact on our clients isn't acceptable.
