@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

@ste_sinnott @btbusinesscare @virginmedia That’s just awful. Sorry to hear of that disgusting service. We have had very similar. They seem very keen on promoting new payment methods online, but when it comes to actually helping business they couldn’t be any less interested. Horrible to deal with.
