@bt_uk Just had fibre 500 installed today. Very good service however I ran a test and it shows 295mb. Presumably this is normal and if so how long before I can be expecting full or closer to 500mb? Thanks

@ianwtasker @bt_uk It would be remiss of me not to update that BT have kindly agreed to let me keep the PVR after reviewing my length of time with the service. This does now leave the door open for me to happily return back to their service should my finances allow at some point.

Keep being fobbed off about I signed a contract and should have known @bt_uk your complaints service is not great and aren't willing to resolve anything 🤦I pay alot of money per month to be told I wasn't lied or mis-sold the BTNet leased line.
