    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

    @bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but canโ€™t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Unbelievable @bt_uk on phone right now to #btinternet and being told that they canโ€™t understand the error logs on my router and that there is no one in their team who understands them & BT cannot help. Shocking non stop issues with @bt_uk most unhelpful & appalling service #nobt

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! Iโ€™m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesnโ€™t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    Three days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.

    @bt_uk no internet AGAIN what is going on. Its nearly every day now, what are we paying for. Costing me to use my mobile data (Tesco) at least I can rely on that. How do I claim for the data Iโ€™m using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service Iโ€™m paying for?

    @bt_uk I got a call from Chris just after 8pm,basically everyone I spoke with at BT said it wasnโ€™t their problem and that you outsource all your work to open reach,so take it up with them! I pay BT for a service and youre happy to leave vulnerable people without a phone line.Disgusting
