    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! Iโ€™m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesnโ€™t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk Dear BT - I am a loyal customer of many years. my credit profile has been destroyed by a default over a bill that occurred when switching to EE from Bt direct over a miscommunication and your team are refusing to help me. I am going to lose my house. Please intervene ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk Hi i see by have put up there prices yet again and customer not getting anything extra Are bt going to let its customers know what is happening to the now tv channels that were supposed to arrive early 2019 . What do we get in exchange for pay increase .

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80โ€™s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think youโ€™ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, Iโ€™ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk Your revised website is terrible, trying to pay my bill and it doesn't load, initially locked me out, awful navigation. As a result you won't get paid for at least a week as I am out of the UK. Learn from @ScottishPower on how to handle billing.

    @bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??

    @bt_uk How can I check local outages and is there one in the CW8 area? Your website doesn't allow me to view if there's an outage in my area without a login, and the scan your broadband function doesn't work since there's no connection.

    @btbusinesscare waiting for 6months for a broadband connection utter disgrace. Saying we canโ€™t cancel and just left in limbo while our business struggles. Worst company weโ€™ve ever dealt with.
