    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80โ€™s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. Theyโ€™re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate itโ€™s distressing them!

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! Iโ€™m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesnโ€™t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    Unbelievable @bt_uk on phone right now to #btinternet and being told that they canโ€™t understand the error logs on my router and that there is no one in their team who understands them & BT cannot help. Shocking non stop issues with @bt_uk most unhelpful & appalling service #nobt

    @bt_uk It sounds like my needs may be more towards the business service - quite happy to make that change if we can get this resolved as soon as possible (and it doesnโ€™t cost me an arm and a leg)

    @bt_uk My broadband keeps cutting out and you will fix it in 4 days??? I mean itโ€™s 2023!!! Knowing you are selling us optic and thereโ€™s not 1 m of optic cable in Bath!!! Well at least not from BT

    After 3 years of fighting with @bt_uk about slow broadband speeds and frequent drop outs - and having been repeatedly told it was a problem my end - switched to Sky on Friday. Faster, no drop out, and totally stable signal.

    @bt_uk like to know if I can cancel my full fibre as your support team seems to think I need to pay but I've had no service for 2 weeks & numerous issues beforehand. Am I within my rights to cancel a contract for a service I'm not receiving?
