    @bt_uk Dear BT - I am a loyal customer of many years. my credit profile has been destroyed by a default over a bill that occurred when switching to EE from Bt direct over a miscommunication and your team are refusing to help me. I am going to lose my house. Please intervene 💗😭

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @bt_uk as I was saying the insinuation that I would not settle my account is appalling from a public company , I pay by direct debit so I will cancel in the morning , then Bt can defend themselves, no wonder the companies on its way down

    @bt_uk Still not capable of talking to themselves and continuing to ignore emails that they have charged me up to 28 Nov for a non-existent service. No attempt to address this and claiming complaint is closed. Easy to close complaints by not dealing with them. BT robbers.
