    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @bt_uk my internet is down, I’m stuck in with 2 kids on lock down, and after nearly 45 minutes on the phone you still have not answered. Absolutely disgusting customer service 😑😑😑😑😑

    @bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but can’t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month 😑

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    I have never come across such a shambolic service in all my life @bt_uk... My son has been waiting since 2nd January for his sports channels to be activated - keep telling him it'll be in a few days #whatajoke

    @bt_uk sad to say but BT has sub standards and they can stoop to any level to sell it first and when the customer starts crying they point you towards terms and conditions and so on. What’s the point of this false sales, it’s our hard earned money that you guys trying to rob..
