    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk paying Β£50 a month for bt internet and tv with sport turns out I only have 1 ******* sports channel and nothing else apart from WiFi been a customer for a week and now I’m going to cancel and go to sky @SkyHelpTeam

    @bt_uk I did after 3 attempts waiting nearly a hour each time. I gave in on the first attempt, second attempt spoke to a advisor who put me back in the cue and on the third attempts when I actually spoke to someone they didn’t really help much. My service is up and running now tho

    @bt_uk I’m unable to take control of my sky+hd box with my iPad. This is a known issue with BT home hub routers apparently. Please can you advise. It works ok with my iPhone just not my newer iPad.

    @virginmedia I Β£18 a month so that I can watch A League and AFL. Every weekend @btsport vision is pixellated and makes the coverage of Australian sport unpleasant to watch. It wasn't like this last season. Please fix this.
