    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

    @bt_uk Correct - so that could have easily been run in the boarded loft to the right place. Wifi not working, less phones, camera not working, more money and BT want even more money to get wifi working.

    @btbusinesscare Like I said no prior warning ... I'm a self employed artist ... 64 years old trying to find out what I'm supposed to do .. I have set up 2 free websites without a problem .... not sure what BT are doing ... oh well suppose I will have put up with it ... I retire in 2 yrs

    @bt_uk Dad was on working 40/10 service. Was missold fibre, has less phones and rubbish wifi but pays 3x more. Frustration does not come close
