    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @bt_uk @BTCare Hi Team. I currently have the fibre 100 package (fibre to home) however I seem to experience severe performance issues when we have 2 laptops running in the apartment. Could you please contact / send a wii fii boaster possibly ?

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    I have never come across such a shambolic service in all my life @bt_uk... My son has been waiting since 2nd January for his sports channels to be activated - keep telling him it'll be in a few days #whatajoke

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk This has been an ongoing issue for a few weeks now, my partners phone keeps switching to mobile data because it keeps dropping out and now she has none left 😑

    @riahoward40 @bt_uk Hi Ria we had the same, our BT Box never worked properly BT sent and aerial guy round, thought wpuld be OK, but we didn't ever get a good signal and all channels pixilated. After months of trying and shelling out for a new aerial we could still not use BT BOX. Cont.

    @bt_uk I was saying thanks for the quicker speed, my download speed has gone from 69Mbps to over 350Mbps, the upload speed is always poor - it's the same for WiFi and ethernet connection

    @bt_uk how come when I phone trying to upgrade my BT service I can get hold of someone straight away? But when I phone trying to get a fault fixed I can never get hold of anyone?

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down since about 8/8:30pm when the LOS light turned red for no reason. I’ve tried resetting the box, the Hub, done everything your website has said but nothing has worked. Can you give me any help or advice? Thanks.

    @bt_uk I have now had 6 failed attempts to connect broadband and almost 2 months now waiting and paying for internet I don’t have. This service is terrible and all I get told from your team is that someone will call me back!! Terrible service

    @bt_uk why is it every night my router is updating taking any where from 30 minutes to an hour every dang night the dreaded flashing purple and according to 150 there is no issue with the land line and i know there is no problem with the hub or connector ...this is unacceptable

    If anyone is considering using @bt_uk for their broadband - beware. They will lie to sell you a product and the offer a resolution that they won’t honour. You’re then locked into a contract and out of a complaint process. #liars

    Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.
