    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    I have never come across such a shambolic service in all my life @bt_uk... My son has been waiting since 2nd January for his sports channels to be activated - keep telling him it'll be in a few days #whatajoke

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk If we switch off our broadband routers for that amount of time, it has to resynch every time you switch it on, so your speed will suffer. And BT broadband speed where I live is so poor that any lower means no streaming.

    @bt_uk @LouRobinsSW Looks like it’s been roped for future FTTP cabling. It may be Openreach or another network provider using their ducts and boxes. You should have had a letter posted through your door informing you of the work.

    If anyone is looking to get @bt_uk I would think twice before going ahead. Multiple errors from customer services this week and now every department is blaming one and other. My account information is currently all wrong, every department is refusing to deal with it. 1/2

    @bt_uk Yes but so far you’ve only sorted half the problem. Sincerest good luck to all new BT customers out there… cause you are sure a Sh1t gonna need it, that and a gallon of wine to handle interacting with their call centre. Swimming in treacle!
