    @bt_uk I do ALL that. My point is that it is the FOURTH broadband outage this week and the FIFTH this month. | Even the mini hub was turned off!!

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @bt_uk Hi i see by have put up there prices yet again and customer not getting anything extra Are bt going to let its customers know what is happening to the now tv channels that were supposed to arrive early 2019 . What do we get in exchange for pay increase .

    @bt_uk Dear BT - I am a loyal customer of many years. my credit profile has been destroyed by a default over a bill that occurred when switching to EE from Bt direct over a miscommunication and your team are refusing to help me. I am going to lose my house. Please intervene 💗😭

    @bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫

    @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service at your hands. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.
