@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@bt_uk 6:05pm it’s not a good one is it BT!!!absolutely no response. Mr Jansen, one should really look into the failings of your company in keeping a health centre without an incoming line now for 3 days of all which trying to help those who phone in or in our case can not currently!.

@bt_uk What are BT playing at? Tried paying my bill online Thursday and Friday, no joy...gets to a point and then just stalls. Yesterday...BT Site down. Today, again, gets to a certain point in the process then stalls. Now I'm subject to a late fee, and STILL can't pay online.
