    @bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but can’t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month 😑

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk Hi yet again bt service is a disgrace i have tweeted youview about the recordings page not showing up just say you have no recording it is working but not show what you are going to record they say they don't know how or why not working so as you are not provideing

    @bt_uk Dear BT - I am a loyal customer of many years. my credit profile has been destroyed by a default over a bill that occurred when switching to EE from Bt direct over a miscommunication and your team are refusing to help me. I am going to lose my house. Please intervene πŸ’—πŸ˜­

    @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

    @bt_uk just moved in to a property which you assured us had broadband - it doesn't. An engineer can't come out until the 7th. So, a week with no Internet or TV. Complaint incoming

    @btbusinesscare @ofcom You can't even complain because they will always say that BT have not had enough chance to fix things. 2 years of bills messed up and now I have moved on to a better company I am struggling to even do that.

    @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

    @clarescastle @btbusinesscare I've just cancelled all our business with them after 30 plus years. The incredible customer service we used to enjoy is a thing of the past
