    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

    @bt_uk Frustration is an understatement! Am furious at poor comms from the top ! I know you are trying to help but the online links do not help, they are pages of technical talk that are indecipherable. Am worried will not be able to set this up & won’t even have landline to ring you😢

    @bt_uk We have a fault. Your help desk were helpful but couldnt help with the engineer visit as none available this year and ask us to call back everyday to check if any become available which can take up to an hour to get an answer.

    @bt_uk Yes I finally got through after holding for 30 minutes. Its ridiculous to force customers to do this when it would be perfectly simple to do it online like all other things one CAN do online. This is simply a £££ mechanism to make it very difficult to reduce or terminate services

    Well that was nice of someone from @bt_uk. Just phoned my Mum's mobile that is on my account and was asking if we wanted a deal on broadband. We have BT broadband on another account in my Mum's name.. but this guy when she explained that basically called my Mum a Liar. Rude AF.

    @bt_uk I’m really frustrated with your company. My 75 year old mother took out a mobile phone contract and you’ve taken away her landline without her permission. Nothing was mentioned about her losing. So now her house alarm doesn’t work properly. And she has a high bill to fix
