@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

-
Gavin W H Anderson
(@Gavin_WHA) reported
@bt_uk I did but was amazed I got charged to fix BT’s problem. Also I think people should know you guarantee is only to the house not throughout as its measured to the router. So in order to fix my own Wi-fi BT charged me £130 to move a box to fix the initial BT bad installation.

@bt_uk No, there shouldn’t need to be a new order because I didn’t cancel my contract…. I need fibre to do my job and I don’t know why the contract was cancelled without my consent 😓😭 It’s been a hard enough year already without having to add no WiFi to the problem 😢
-
Gavin W H Anderson
(@Gavin_WHA) reported
@bt_uk I know what has happened, the #wifi worked at the router even only in one room so the small print in your guarantee BT said it worked. So the only option was to move the socket and it it technically “worked” it was down to me to pay for it, now I have working Wi-fi thanks to me
