BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Caroline (@snowlingc) reported@bt_uk Your missing the point, your engineer installed full fibre today but it is still not working after 7 hours of flashing pink
-
Darren Lewis (@Darren_Lewis1) reported@bt_uk typical BT broadband neglecting loyal customers - renewal prices for a customer of 6 years - charging WAY MORE than the market rate and WAY MORE than if I was a new BT customer. Shame on you, I thought those days of not caring about your long standing customers was over.
-
Vae Vix ๐ซ๐ท ๐ฆ๐บ ๐จ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ง (@VaeVix) reported@grok @bt_uk For ease of use, especially for a low risk case like that, I mean at worst hackers can pay my invoice (cool) or change my plan (less cool but of no interest to them and easily remedied), something like Google validator could be an alternative.
-
Simboman ๐ฌ๐ง ๐บ๐ฆ (@simboman) reported@stokeygurl @bt_uk Sadly, BT are fobbing you off. This is a known issue and clearing your cache won't work. If it does by all means come back and update us. I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reportedDear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.

joanne taylor (@Joannetay1808) reported@bt_uk my youview box has broken - power light not on

Weโve rang the help line 3 times n it keeps finishing the call without giving us the option to speak to someone even though their check assumes thereโs nothing wrong. Advice please!

๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.
