  My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

  Got a 4G mini hub on the 6th from @bt_uk. Checked order status this morning and on the 8th there's an order that the mini hub service was stopped and it's now inactive. Thought it was supposed to be active a day after I've received it until I've got my full fibre hub. #bt_uk

  @bt_uk I’ve had technicians to the house on multiple occasions aswell as monitoring of our service that have all told us there is no issue. Yet my internet still disconnects 4/5 times a day and has done for months. I appreciate the customer service from you but I have given up with BT.

  @bt_uk It’s been “coming soon” for the last few years. We’ve ordered mobile Wi-fi and plan to terminate our BT contract when it reaches renewal along with switching our 3 BT mobile contracts to another supplier.
