    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    @bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

    @bt_uk wow amazed with the shambles of customer service and lack of help this company has provided! Charging-no joke 15x more then actually price it should be/stated by them in the phone call! Wait for it! still not resolving the issue now since January @MoneyTelegraph #ombudsman

    @bt_uk I have been messaging in th chat. All my devices were on 5ghz and you told me in. Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

    @bt_uk I’ve had an update. It’s going to take another 2 weeks and cost me more than twice as much per month, yet if I place a new order online it will be the same price. Nothing you can do about it apparently, again I’ve got to place a new order and call back to cancel the old one???

    @bt_uk Really disappointed with the responses after you severed my landline when laying fibre optic. Took most of morning to get someone to pay attention and I can't record a complaint. Staff do and claim to have dealt with it. No clear contact details either.

    The @btsport app’s seek bar doesn’t even keep up with where you’re at during the show, on @AppleTV, so you can’t rewind and fast forward otherwise you end up 2 hours behind. How is this company allowed to operate, when their apps are so **** in so many ways, @10DowningStreet?

    @bt_uk It doesn’t really help me when I have to work from home and pay a fair amount each month for high quality broadband. I shouldn’t have to experience intermittent internet for 4 days straight.

    @bt_uk As a BT customer this is the first one I have received in many years. My parents last received one over a decade ago, most folks assume they aren’t even printed anymore so wouldn’t know they need to opt-out. Further I’ve confirmed deliveries to neighbours who’ve opted out.

    @btbusinesscare you billed me for separate engineer visits to fix one fault that all the engineers said they couldnt find the problem to , then when I rang billing to complain the person on line tried to tell me the charges were justified !
