@BTCare your app is garbage! I've already tried once today to buy a monthly pass without success and it took me two hours on the phone to get a refund. My Mrs has just tried to buy it and the same thing has happened to her - doesn't recognise BT ID or Password. Why can't you make

Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk She is an existing customer on basic broadband and phone, upgrading after 3mths or so, to a broadband only package, clearly shows currently the broadband only package for 150 fibre is £34.99 yet she is being charged £59.99, that’s £4 more than your own 900 fibre package
