    @btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

    @Athommo1961 @bt_uk I agree, I ordered the tv deal with them, there was a problem at there end activating it, so the cancelled it told to reapply tomorrow when the deal ends, looks like I’ll be cancelling my internet tomorrow can’t see them honouring it

    @bt_uk is there a known issue with streaming iplayer on smart TVs? Been unable to play any shows for the last couple of days on TV but it works fine on other devices. Done resets and no software updates available so appears to be broadband related.

    @bt_uk #HELP! URGENT!!! I Experienced atrocious service on phone at 1735 today with billing not able to cope with billing Qs stating I need value team. Cut me off then another billing person refusing to put me through to value when I had to go through whole process twice.
