    @bt_uk internet’s been dropping out for over 12 hrs. Done all the tests and resets and it’s all saying it’s ok (it isn’t). I’m not going to be able to work without internet access, can someone help please.

    @bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

    @bt_uk eventually get through and you guys tell me I'm wrong about my Internet intermittent issues your agents are rude and then hung up on me. 50 mins on the phone to be hung up on.

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk Problem is, we’re with sky but bt open reach in charge of fixing box. Sky doesn’t have any info as it’s classed as an outage. That’s why I’m asking on here as I don’t know what else we should do

    @bt_uk Yep ‘failed order’ despite not communicated to that effect. The first guy was basically blaming me for cancelling sky before contacting you but no one said when you took my money that would be an issue. The 2nd woman who was much nicer said it was a business account & failed!

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Switched back to previous provider (Plusnet) and now been sent an enormous bill from BT for “breaking the new contract” that I’d tried to cancel twice. The saga involves all BT companies: EE, Plusnet, BT residential and BT business. 2/4
