Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

Excellent customer care!!!!
