Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
