  @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

  So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

  Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesn’t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

  @Hells4Heroes @bt_uk BT are so expensive for the service they provide. I had nothing but problems with them. Now will another provider, better internet speed and if a problem the phone answered quicky by a clear English-speaking operator and this for almost half the price your mother is paying.

I'm not from Liverpool,I'm a wool i guess, I'm 52, but I've supported the club and loved the city and its values since I could first get there in the 80's and been going since, home and away when I can.   @btsport I pay for bt sport only to watch. You then are attempting to charge me £20 on top of what I pay already to watch an event. You try this again and you will lose £16 a month when I cancel instead.
