Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a ยฃ18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
