    @bt_uk There isnโ€™t thatโ€™s the problem... everytime the track order says update on such a date it then just says delayed. Really is disgraceful.

    The sound for the manchester utd match on BT Sport 2HD live is terrible, the crowd is louder than the commentary, mind you @RobbieSavage8 is one of them so it's not all bad!! @btsportfootball @btsport

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. Leaving my elderly mum without a phoneline and Internet and no way of contacting people then trying to say an engineer resolved the issue today when no one has been out ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @KarimaAfc @bt_uk My router keeps going orange and its driving us nuts. The only consistent thing about BT broadband is that its been consistently **** since we got it

    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโ€™s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโ€™t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didnโ€™t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @bt_uk since my full fibre was installed my connection has been rubbish,you checker on the website found an issue your end but then I just get trapped in a ongoing loop of uselessness from your 'help bot'(which I can't actually type a reply to)how do I actually resort this issue?

    Isnโ€™t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then itโ€™s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didnโ€™t take em up on it. Almost as if theyโ€™ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.

    @bt_uk This is not acceptable. You told me to phone you regarding my issue. I tried last night and again this morning on 5 or 6 occasions. I canโ€™t spend the whole day trying to get through. Put more people on the line.

    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an ยฃ5 a month. Then increased to ยฃ10 then ยฃ30. Been streaming it since
