@Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

So back to the @bt_uk saga, ordered 12th sept, told engineer would install on 27th sept, no one turned up, phoned & told no network had been built & would get a phone call yesterday, didn’t happen. Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Sad but our poor service from @BT_uk & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

@bt_uk You can help by allowing me to pick the full fibre broadband deals you advertise when I’m logged in as a customer. Tried last night and the only deals I was allowed to choose were £20+ more expensive than those you told me I could pick.

Trying to cancel both my sons BT Mobile contracts. I can buy a new SIM online easily but to cancel I have waited so far 25mins on the phone with no answer. Make it easy to start a contract but difficult to stop it....very poor consumer experience @bt_uk
