    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @bt_uk day 5 of no landline or broadband and expected fix date 23 June 😡😡 seriously shocking customer service when I phone to ask what you can do to help me …. Nothing unless I upgrade apparently. How am I supposed to work from home?

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    And now to add insult to injury, my neighbour has been activated today by @bt_uk. So even though ordered FTTP before them, had duct problems before them, their installation is done before mine with no end in sight for mine. Useless.

    @bt_uk I would just like the web browser to be able to save my email address so that I don’t have to type it in every time. Someone has already said that this is intentional on BT’s part as a security measure, but it wasn’t a problem before and surely it should be the user’s prerogative
