    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @Mark_Elkington @LeeCotton1 @WWEGP @btsport I get that, but there's a decent size roster there & with enough rotation (which I'm sure there will be) that should help stop things being stale. Plus there's a good chance a few more names will be announced too I see it working. Khan is a savvy man & the elite know what's up

    Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesnโ€™t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and wonโ€™t be for a while, yet website says everythingโ€™s up and running! Complaint made.

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they donโ€™t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! Theyโ€™ve still been great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @BTCare We are on holiday in Switzerland unable to neither make nor receive any mobile calls. BT is our mobile provider. We urgently need to phone insurance provider for healthcare. Please can you help? We cannot make any calls to the UK

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @bt_uk . Online Radio Stations based in Wigan and St Helens and Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea have also gone out at random times so it's in multiple areas as well are BT even on the problem fixing why the whole countries internet is going out at random times at the moment?

    @bt_uk you still havenโ€™t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. Weโ€™re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!
