@bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

Sad but our poor service from @BT_uk & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

@bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

@StevenBolander1 @bt_uk I need a new router now. My speed was 7.1 today. Your guaranteed speed is 66! 7.1 is unacceptable, and it looks bad on BT that you don't want to help. I'm fed up with being palmed off with platitudes. I am a customer. I pay for 66 Mg! Please tell me how to obtain a new router.

I've been told 2ce in 3 weeks - by BT engineers - to request a new router from BT. Today I was told I shouldn't have been told that (which is unprofessional). 1/2
