I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@virginmedia It was so bad I had to by wifi from a @bt_uk hotspot, which I assume you will be refunding. Ever since you did some so called work in the area earlier in the week the net has been awful. Tbh, it has noticeably declined since we originally joined.
