    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    @bt_uk 8 visits from OpenReach and sub contractors to install fibre and I still don't have it because the conduit you put in is blocked. Total incompetence. Then you call me to ask what the problem is!!!!

    @bt_uk Business sales team are a joke, after agreeing a 20k package for multiple lease lines, the sales manager was supposed to email me a contract as agreed, chased him with several emails and phone calls, never reply’s to emails or phone calls false promises. Now moving away

    @bt_uk apparently having identified the problem last weekend as being an Open Reach issue you sent a BT repair guy without the means to fix the issue. so day 4 of missed work. i presume you will br refunding me the amount of pay we are losing by missing so many days work

    @bt_uk why do your customer service managers not follow up complaints that have been passed over to them. Every time I call in I get told they will call on a certain date but it never happens. Called in several times now. No email address to send anything it’s phone calls only
