  • jameswright2004 James Wright (@jameswright2004) reported from Witcham, England

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

  • eyefarrell Ian Farrell (@eyefarrell) reported from Milton, England

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

@btbusinesscare Good old Mandy in customer care seemed to know what she was about. I got good vibes...

  • JanjuaAdam Adam Janjua (@JanjuaAdam) reported

@bt_uk really poor start from BT. Engineer installation visit scheduled for 11-13.00 today. Changed to 08.00-13.00 over the weekend without explanation. It’s now 13.05 and no ones arrived yet. No internet for the kids school since morning and heating etc offline. Poor service.

  • DaneHearth Dane (@DaneHearth) reported

@PleasantKenobi @bt_uk BT Openreach took 2 months to move my current line, with no work around. They've never been able to provide a line on time in the 6 times I've moved.

  • Whitlean Pointless Miriam Gargoyle (@Whitlean) reported

@talkMacca @virginmedia Finally binned them in December, been a customer for 6-7 years, put up with the £4-£5 price hikes at least once every year, but the broadband speed just got worse. Customer service is non existent. Back to @BTCare and it's brilliant! Saving £25 a month too!

  • racheltopham Rachel Topham (@racheltopham) reported

@bt_uk any chance you can fix the page on your site for submitting a complaint. Says “sorry something went wrong”. Better still, provide me with the minimum guaranteed broadband speed or compensate me please!

  • 34SeigeRhinos Euan Henderson (@34SeigeRhinos) reported

@_Paulsicle @PleasantKenobi @bt_uk I suspect that it is dependent on where you are and how often you have issues with the Infrastructure. I had to deal with them about 4 time over the 7 years and it was totally fine if a little expensive. I've heard from other people that they can be a pain.

  • PleasantKenobi PleasantKenobi (@PleasantKenobi) reported

@bt_uk Claire, I know you are just piloting the PR account - but that response isn't good enough. I don't want to go super Karen, but "not have all the same capabilities" translates to your mistake stopping me doing my job. Heads up; I asked for a complaint to be logged already.

  • GE_sportsnews Gary Ellis (@GE_sportsnews) reported

@bt_uk Joke....two engineers out two new hubs still problems with wireless connection

  • jasonmci Jason McIntosh (@jasonmci) reported

@bt_uk my mother has had no broadband service now since Thursday last week. She is over 70yo and on her own. When will the service be resumed? M30 area of Manchester.

  • almost2old I am a loser (@almost2old) reported

@btsport you make it very hard to canceI. I cancelled my DD in Dec to order via Sky. I’m now told I should have phoned as well and have to pay a further months notice. Over £72 for a service I’m not using. I’m also told by billing there’s NO complaint service! Help please
