    Yet another @bt_uk broadband issue. On going since March 3 different hubs 6 phone calls 2 webchats, 2 engineers to the house 1 to the exchange and still the problems #iwantmymoneyback #poorservice #ripoff

    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk Why have we had intermittent broadband for the last 2 weeks? Our phone line is also crackling and yet you repeatedly claim there is no problem. Trying to work from home when your connection drops every 10m is impossible. Thankfully we are having Virgin installed on Thurs.

    Money-saving tips just manage to save up to £4.00 per month on the @bt_uk bill by getting a new contract with faster Wi-Fi speeds. Very pleasant customer service from BT well. Even refunded the additional charge that got added on following the price increase.

    @bt_uk hi I had a problem with the BT app and I called customer support, and the agent was extremely rude and trying to dwindle me by saying it’s my falut (when it’s obviously BT’s app). I would like to complain and get this app problem sorted out

    @bt_uk see your web chat manager rajdip, fire him, cheeky c**t ended the conversation before I had a chance to respond & explain why it was a bt problem & not a sky simply because sky is my service provider. THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE CABLES SUPPLIED/INSTALLED/MAINTAINED BY BT MORON
