  @bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

  @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @bt_uk still no reply to our complaint raised last week on the non arrival of your engineer to install full fibre for the 3rd time. Instead you closed the complaint sayng matter resolved !! Lies ! I am not waiting 30 mins in the phone either to get through to an advisor!
