I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

@bt_uk Yes I’m told there’s an external fault but could take up till midnight on Tuesday of next week to fix! Nobody has called, when I called in yesterday I was transferred around & then cut off. Just the worst experience ever. I have an open complaint ref: VOL013-54237201273

@bt_uk Hi, yes as I felt this was only option. I was told by your reps that I would receive compensation for all the missed appts & non-install, but when I cancelled, the phone was put down on me. I'm contacting the communications ombudsman for assistance. It's really not a acceptable.

@bt_uk An engineer has checked the line and we were told thats the best it will get. My issue is having to pay the cancellation fee when i am not getting the upload speed promised.
