I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
