  @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

  @bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?

  Had a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
