    @bt_uk internet’s been dropping out for over 12 hrs. Done all the tests and resets and it’s all saying it’s ok (it isn’t). I’m not going to be able to work without internet access, can someone help please.

    @bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

    @bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    @bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @bt_uk is one the worst ever Broadband Support you can get in UK , i did order my full fiberoptic broadband 2 week before moving to new house and now after almost 2 months , there is no Broadband, no support . do not ever trust @bt_uk again my life

    @bt_uk I'd like to know why my internet was incredibly slow all week. I run an hourly speed test, half failed and the other half all had a ping of over 1000, loading web pages took forever. Why was it slow? Why is it now OK? I work from home, this is unacceptable.

    @bt_uk just had fttp fitted today. Was working fine all evening and is now showing a red light. Have reset the ONT but nothing. Any problems known in the cm13 area please.

    @virginmedia I’ve gone from 5Mbps (1Gig) service to it being completely down again…. Luckily I have @bt_uk also installed who have been nothing but reliable and consistent.

    @bt_uk This is even worse. I had understood that in areas with no mobile phone reception these units would be supplied to households. I am absolutely appalled that this situation is being allowed to happen and will be investigating more formal complaint options.
