@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@bt_uk Yes this has been checked. Broadband engineer is due tomorrow but this is the fixed line coming into the house which is the issue.
