@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@bt_uk My broadband is a muddle. Account is in my wife’s name / email address but bills are addressed to me. You claim to have sent a text to me (on my wife’s account) re: a fault but it hasn’t arrived. Fault still there. I think you have a big problem with your records

So @BT_uk is a comms company that doesn’t bother to quality assess its own internal comms systems? Apparently I’ve been disconnected for 7 weeks because BT thinks I have no landline ( when I do) but have a broadband service ( when I don’t). None of this adds up but=incompetence?
