Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

@bt_uk Broadband has been off since the 19th September- 4 engineer visits later still no resolution. Closed the fault mid repair and still charging us for the service. We need help?

Spent 1h20 today re-opening a complaint that was closed with no resolution. Only to find they’ve closed it again hours later still with no resolve!
