@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

@englandcricket The @btsport coverage is shocking. I’m fine with it being on BT Sport 5 as I stream through the app on my TV anyway. But the stream quality is terrible & camera angles available and coverage are worse than the free streams you get for the county games

@bt_uk Yes I do, and will forward this via dm, however, it's not fair to keep constantly threading people when they've complied. A few of your messages have said that you're going to charge me and refund me on receipt of the equipment. At a cost of living crisis this is poor CS.

@bt_uk a month without landline or Wi-Fi which is affecting our work and business and has left my disabled parents without contact. Shocking customer service and a ‘story’ fed to us about this being an issue in an area when neighbours have no issues. Shambles!

Just spoken with Theresa from @bt_uk. She has been trying to sort out an intermittent fault with our home BT router. She was brilliant. She may not have fixed the problem but she was so attentive and helpful. Theresa has restored my faith in customer service. Thanks Theresa.
