@bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

A man so fragile he decided to make and eventually pass a hate crime bill carrying a 7 year sentence for saying mean words at your own dinner table over some mean tweets. Same with loans as long as you can pay them back. If someone puts that towards building a business they deserve the money they get from it

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk I think capitalism is the best system we, as humans have developed. It isn't without fault but its far easier to fix the faults of capitalism than any other ideology. I'm open to change. I just don't want it to undermine the values of our culture.
