@bt_uk @LouRobinsSW Looks like it’s been roped for future FTTP cabling. It may be Openreach or another network provider using their ducts and boxes. You should have had a letter posted through your door informing you of the work.

@bt_uk My service with BT is terrible for last 3 weeks. I got disconnected from internet 120 times during last 14 days, including 40 times in last 24 hours. And counting. Helpline is not really helpful, I got engineer rescheduled 2 times, it took 10 days to get one visit me.
