@JohnWLewis @bt_uk @GiganetUK I was with Sky till recently but went full fibre a few weeks ago. You will not regret it if you switch in my experience. My Dad got talked out of his Giganet service by Shell Energy not realising he was going back to copper. He reverted with great support.

@bt_uk You’ve been overcharging us for 3 months now. Your Stockport team were supposed to resolve it by yesterday and email me. Heard nothing from them. Called again today and still not sorted. Your customer service is awful.

@bt_uk No point. BT sent out an engineer yesterday who didn't have the skillset so they closed the case. I reopened it and they've booked to come back on the 2nd. Leaving BT ASAP. Cost me over £250 and offered £26 in compensation. Horrible for a multi billion £ corporation.
