@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

@bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

@virginmedia Can you do better ? @bt_uk Virgin charged my grieving 73 year old mother-in-law £106 to change the name on the acct from her deceased husband to herself. No changes to plan & also she was without tv for 24 hours whilst they did it. Sublime customer care as usual 🤬

@bt_uk Nope. A guy came round but there is no one available to “lift the street” so he can’t fix it. Apparently most of the connections done work. Explain why your first technician disconnected us to connect the neighbours?
