In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.
