So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@bt_uk 7 engineers, 1 new router, 1 cabinet change and still loosing broadband service. Awful service. Time to leave BT nobody is resolving my issues or cares 😡😡😡😡
