Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?
