Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.
