    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    @bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

    @bt_uk is there any issues in the Edmonton London aerial ? Got home around 6 this evening and all my Internet keeps doing is going off and back on again! Very annoying now and getting on my nerves 😬 kind regards Ray.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk my internet keeps dropping off, happens around this time every day the past few days. I understand the best speed I can get is 10meg, poor but it’s copper line only in my area in central London, but consistency would be good. Can you look into it please?

    @bt_uk There’s a fault with the BT network which has left me without internet since yesterday. I’ve been advised that you aim to have fixed this by 23:59 on 23/05. We’re unable to work/do school work during that time. Is that the best you can do? Why does it need to take so long?

    @bt_uk Yes I did and it was supposed to be activated today. When I checked the order status yesterday, it said "we had to cancel your order" (no coms received abt it). Called up the CC, they didn't know why and all they could do is to do a "reissue" and an updated ETA of May 25.

    @bt_uk Why is my internet so bad paid extra to have the gaming package and I can’t even watch sky go without it freezing and cutting out and to top it off the my BT app just crashes. Happy to put my bill up but can’t even offer a stable broadband!

    @bt_uk Once again another day wasted sitting & waiting for @bt_uk who I confirmed an appointment with for today twice, even this morning I called & it was guaranteed. What a joke they are. Disgusting lack of service and care
