The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
