No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

I called to confirm this today with it being close and get told you’ve cancelled it and now it’s the 22n
