Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .
