@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@loopy69lou @BT @bt_uk All of UK is moving onto Digital Voice or equivalent as the analogue phone network is being switched off. I am assuming you have the phone connect to the Smart Hub 2 too and not the wall socket. Self diagnostics can go along way :D
