@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

@bt_uk I don’t use BT as a service provider but I have bought a Premium Wholehouse Wi-Fi mesh system for home, it is amazing, no black holes, speed is consistent throughout the house and is faster than my old router. Recommended!

@bt_uk Jules, I have fibre to the premises at almost 300mbs and yet cannot maintain a reliable bandwidth in order to teach from home. An engineer of yours has been incredibly helpful with sending equipment to manage the issue but it has not improved. #teacherontheedge
