    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

    @bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

    @bt_uk Sadly like many our nearest public phone box has been removed. Not good if anyone needs to make a call in an emergency or for someone that has no other way to do so. Not all progress is good.

    @bt_uk You're building street pods so the very first world problem of phone charging can be solved. Yet homeless people will be dying of hypothermia this winter. Why don't you just build heated pods so they can enter and warm up for a time.

    So i’ve been waiting all morning for a @bt_uk engineer to turn up… still not here. phoned office. said there’s nothing they can do & wifi won’t be active until they come but can’t even give me a time. i have urgent things to do today. this is appalling service.

    I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

    @bt_uk Hi says no issues. I recently upgraded to have a separate bridge router in each room (forget what they are called) and was excellent for a couple of months, now it’s back to being terrible again the past few weeks. Nothing else has changed in my flat. Same room, same laptop.
