@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk Its less than ideal, I have to switch between my home network and mobile hotspot to switch between resources on my local NAS and the internet. As this is planned maintenance, why was there no prior notification. My internet we literally switched off. This is not a fault!

@bt_uk my 82 year old father was booked to have his Sky phone and broadband on June 7th …. Delayed. Then last week … no show. Just spoken to @skytv who can’t rebook him in until July 13th and can’t guarantee the engineer showing up. Bloody appalling service

@bt_uk and in hospital for 3 months, then very slowly started to think clearer and come to terms with it , I have only just been able to understand my finances and saw some recent bills of over£300, I rang customer care to try and understand why younchsrged me £1500 for calls.
