    For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

    @bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

    The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

    @bt_uk Hi, are several months that my broadband doesn’t work properly. After last repair the engineer that came said: I repair in that way but if doesn’t work we need to repair all the line. We got the same issue: very slow service and frequent interruptions but nothing is changed.

    Had weird issues on my expensive @bt_uk fibre connection since last Weds. Bandwidth fine (could stream and download ok) but semi-intermittent latency on tons of web requests (took seconds). Turned off ipv6 and back to normal. Anyone know what that means the underlying cause was?

    @bt_uk internet down yet again!!! Had nothing but bother since switching over to digital voice a few weeks back. Absolutely shocking service. Once contract runs down I’ll be moving elsewhere. Connection has been absolutely shambolic for ages now.
