    @bt_uk is the service down today? My connection keeps dropping. It’s done so 8 times and it was doing it yesterday as well as Sunday.

    @ArsenalStaffs22 @btsportfootball @btsport Yes I know that, doesn't change the fact Premier league sides are still spending big to the point where it doesn't matter if you're elite, you can still spend fortunes. As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

    @btsport Can someone contact me please, trying to add a late payment charge on my biĺl this month even though I didnt recieve anything last month to say my bill was ready to be paid etc ..as your covid discount credit had run out .. Cant wait til cancel in November!!

    @bt_uk Yea, you need to send Open Reach round ASAP to sort it out, you also need to refund me costs of having to go to the office as it doesn’t support WFH, and my Sky Multi room subscription as that can’t be used on the EE box. Cheers, my name is linked to my account.

    @bt_uk i order a broadband connection and tell you there is no socket to plug router in - you tell me that you can’t do anything till the end of today when it is end of day 1 - plan to fail is epic! I then have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer

    @bt_uk 1 month no fibre and so many missed repair dates ive lost cpunt, yet when I ask to be let out of my contract BT reply is we will discuss this once the repair is complete... looks like never then

    @bt_uk are the issues going to be fixed overnight with broadband, after following steps through Sky, its showing that it seems to be an issue with the ONT? PON is not showing green as it should and is red/orange, seen reports of outages around the North West

    @bt_uk Hi StephB, Thanks for getting back to me. Could you please feedback to the powers that be that I think Cold Calling of any kind is very bad. Especially now with Covid and Scams on the rise. Personally I wouldn’t buy on even engage on the doorstop. Thanks, Sue.
