    Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

    @BTCare I am@getting increasingly annoyed I made a complaint since then I have received a series of txt messages where I constantly have to re identify myself and repeat myself I made it 100% clear what needed to be investigated in initial complaint!!!

    @btsport #MUNBUR Rio is talking about some of those failed signings, none of those players are there now. What's going wrong now, why are ex United players (pundits) afraid to dig the current squad out now. Pogba hasn't played all year, don't blame him for the shit on the pitch

    @bt_uk absolutely sick to death of #BTBroadband Every time I try streaming it runs slow and spoils my enjoyment. I am in the market for any provider who can guarantee uninterrupted viewing for the same or less cost #SkyBroadband #VirginBrodband

    @mikeberriman87 @prodnose @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL @btsport @TheAthleticUK Same here - after hanging on the phone for 45 mins was told the cancellation charge is over £200 for me @btsport ... they have given me 1 month free though - whoohoo! Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

    @btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

    Hey @btsport do us a favour and take all the NHL coverage or don’t take any! I pay for @NHL Gamecentre, @PremierSportsTV yet can’t watch @penguins tonight as I don’t have a BT subscription. You should not need 3 subscriptions to watch NHL in the UK. Shit for the fans again @NHL

    @bt_uk Yes. The fault arises regularly around 8.30pm. Engineer came a week ago and fitted new box and router. The problem seems to be elsewhere, but we can't tell where. Frustrating

    @btsport any chance of you actually adding the full UFC 287 replay considering we pay a ridiculous amount each month for the service? Every other week we have the same issue with errors during playback and this time the event has been taken down completely. Terrible service.
