    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk Thanks - I’ve been sent two though. I need a particular one to work as another is packed away. It’s just constantly showing a red no signal light.

    @bt_uk Do your engineers ever bother to turn up? X2 missed open reach engineers have let us down in November and Dec. No telephone call or text to tell us you will not be attending, awful customer service! So you just expect your customers to sit in all day? Sort your service out

    @bt_uk I am a new customer to BT. Signed up to Fibre 500 on 15th Oct. All kit installed, no internet connection. x3 Fault engineers booked, x3 fault engineers didn't turn up. Can't believe how poor this service is. No solution in sight. HELP

    @bt_uk forced to use a slow 4G hub for two weeks since the home move. Was meant to have my new service activated today, booked the day off as I was assured it would be today. No engineer, no word from BT at all. Awful service.

    @bt_uk absolutely shocked at the level of empathy shown by Scott in the faults team! I've been waiting for an engineer since 1pm it's now 6.20pm. @bt_uk train your staff on handling customer expectations and complains SLAs!!!! Was promised a manager call back 48 hours ago.

    @bt_uk STILL no Open Reach engineer, still no broadband service/TV. What is the point if you just keep putting off an update, was 1st Dec, then 13th, now 23rd. So no service for Christmas despite order being placed on 22ND OCTOBER. ******* ridiculous.

    @bt_uk my routers gone orange and by at first says no fault on phone or BB and now having tried again on app it says fault outside engineer will fix by 21st but my neighbour just got a BT text message stating there’s a problem in the area. What’s correct please ? B920LW

    @bt_uk Just DM’d you regarding no mobile phone signal due to last issues. EE automatically have their bill and compensation. Why don’t BT do the same for it’s employees/customers.
