@bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

@bt_uk your customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Been without broadband since Wednesday. Mis-diagnosed the issue and now its Wednesday before you can send an engineer. Shocking.

@bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

@bt_uk Unbreakable broadband…wish the same could be said of your customer service. Prices get upped within a month of renewal, we don’t get the speeds and when we contact you there is no reply. A month later a letter comes through saying contact the ombudsman. Great customer service!

Last night, @btsport pundits and commentator were extremely negative towards Madrid. So unbelievably. Raheem, Fernandinho and Diaz had some horrible tackles and they loudly said it was okay. I know they wanted all English final but they have more than English viewers.

@bt_uk How do you get someone to fix or investigate an issue with the Open Reach Phone Line or Socket at our flat? We are not BT customers but nobody can give us Internet services at home except Virgin, so we are stuck with them at whatever price they want to charge us :-(

@bt_uk how is it possible my 95 year old mother in law is being charged twice your unlimited call rate and BT customer service tells me I have to contact you by post before you will discuss her account with me and hangs up when I ask to speak to a supervisor?
