    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @bt_uk 2. After speaking to you again, you agreed to keep it at the agreed price. A week later you are trying to renege on this and raise it by over £. I spoke to “Rajat” on chat, disgusting service. I have evidence of all of the chats, agreements made and lies by BT.

    .@bt_uk When can we expect a meaningful update to the "you view" set top box. It offers terrible #UX. 50% of remote clicks seem to do nothing. Apps often launch with no audio and need a hard reset to fix.
