@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk They have said a date but not what is actually happening or where its happening, we just get random text messages. It will have taken 2 weeks from installation date to get internet (assuming this works) with no support BT to getting any ongoing connectivity. from anywhere.
