But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
