If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....

@bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

@bt_uk For over a year, I been suffering with poor broadband issues. Im paying £40 every month for absolute poor bandwidth (10mbps). Its a struggle for even one person to use the Internet in the household. And now we cannot access the Internet for the past 5 hours! Extortion.

@bt_uk so we moved house over 3 weeks ago and arranged to move our broadband over with yourselves. Here we are 3 weeks later no internet even though we’ve had multiple dates of when it will work! Now we’ve had an email saying our mini hub will be disconnected soon. Please help!!
