    I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

    Can anyone not open @btsport on an android TV or is it just me? It tells me that my Internet is the problem, yet everything else works perfectly, suggesting that, actually it isn't

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    @MannyR6S Pain. @bt_uk have singlehandedly the worst routers to exist. You're better off buying a cheap 3rd party router just for Wifi.

    @bt_uk Hi, we have a fault on our landline, there’s no dial tone and everything is dead. Broadband still works though. I raised a fault online, you said you aim a fix by Friday? Is there any way this can be any quicker? It’s not ideal having no phone for a week, Please.

    @bt_uk so just got back from our weekend with family to find the BT mini hub that barely works has now been disconnected by yourselves. so now what little help you had provided has been cut off. Brilliant wel done. Still no date for work to even be started on getting us connected

    @bt_uk Very long time customer here. We tried to upgrade to fibre broadband back in February, we’ve had 5 cancelled orders and visits since and your communication has been appalling with still no upgrade and delayed work due to lack of it. Awful service with no apology
