Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

I regret getting @bt_uk WiFi when I moved into this house. It never works and customer service said they can only guarantee WiFi at all times if I upgraded to a different box (more £££)???? Like wha?? I was guaranteed WiFi with the box I got now what's going on 😭

Can anyone recommend a decent company for my mum to get a landline, broadband and TV? @bt_uk are an absolute disgrace. She moved house early Dec then due to mistakes made by BT didn't get connected until mid Jan. BT have now cancelled her service without any warning or reason.
