-
Lou Skunt (@Bubbler_Ranx) reported@bt_uk just got a text that my phone bill is ready but I still can’t log into my account without giving my phone number. We’re getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. I’m not DMing and I’m not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?
-
Daniel Factor (@DanielFactor79) reportedWHY IS MY INTERNET SO SLOW YOU ******* **** EATING *****? @bt_uk

Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
-
LillithVexx (@LillithVexx) reported@bt_uk I was hoping to chat online because my phone is playing up right now but there is no way of talking to anyone. I just want to manage my bloody hub but BT gave me a stupid EE hub so now I can't use the My BT app or the EE app to manage it???
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
Lou Skunt (@Bubbler_Ranx) reported@bt_uk I've been on the fuckarse internet for 30 bludclart years. I don't need my ******* hand held. This **** is not important.
-
Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk Your "digital voice" switchover system keeps making orders by itself and then cancelling them by itself. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.
-
Simon Mitchell (@SimonMitch1956) reported@bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !
-
Global_Mongrel (@Global_Mongrel) reportedWhy do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.
-
David Keight (@dkeight) reported@bt_uk We are currently leaving BT business contract after being a customer for decades. The last straw was a botched order for fibre broadband ending with a case via Ofcom, and our move to another supplier. BT then closed our account and appear to have blocked our online a/c
