@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

Phoned up to cancel my @btsport subscription due to them losing Scottish football and the Bundesliga,and the agent on the other end was surprised that I don’t want to keep it so I could watch the EPL. Not everyone wants to watch the most over rated league in the world.

@bt_uk I DM'd. Response was to be dismissed and told as the system hadn't logged any previous calls about bad service they could not have been made. They were. Other points raised were dismissed or ignored. She has to continue to pay £58 a month for a poor service she doesn't want.

Well speaking to @bt_uk online help is fun… either they are not reading my complaint or distracted dealing with so many others! With about a 5 min responds between every sentence, and clearly not reading what I’ve said I’d say the later.
