@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@bt_uk Hi, my BT wifi disc broke. Just been on phone to BT they say I don’t have one and don’t subscribe to one. I was sent it by BT and BT engineer fitted it over 1 year ago. So I’ve been burning electricity for nothing! It apparently was never working becuse no subscription.

Yet again @bt_uk leave my 92 year old mum without a working landline and say it will take 5 days to fix. Meanwhile her emergency personal alarm in case of accident won’t work. But, hey-ho, at least @bt_uk profits will be safe by ignoring vulnerable customers.

@bt_uk Terrible service #BT - #Openreach connecting my neighbours property to Fibre broadband, line is there ready (20’ from my house). But when I call BT, I’m told they can’t raise the job, as someone from Openreach needs to “tick a box” to say it’s available??!

@bt_uk Why is my internet so bad paid extra to have the gaming package and I can’t even watch sky go without it freezing and cutting out and to top it off the my BT app just crashes. Happy to put my bill up but can’t even offer a stable broadband!

@bt_uk My wifi is down but i’ve rang and it’s said there’s no service issues in the area. My daughter is sitting a-levels this week and needs the wifi. 3rd time this year it’s down ( for days!)
