I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@HelsS19 @bt_uk Well at least they are now due you compensation for every day you have been without. I had similar issues when my line was damaged. They kept deny it was the line so it kept not working. In the end they paid me more than the cost of my contact for the year in compensation.

@bt_uk Yes, everyday, still nothing, day 4 of no services this time. In total 28 days of no service in the last 4 months. Unable to work from home. Mifi device reset 3 times, still doesn't work. Ill try cust. service again for next few hours as I've obviously got nothing better to do

@plusnethelp We're currently moving from you because the line fault never got fixed and our contract has not started on @bt_uk yet installing FTTP. Who do i need to contact to take the banding off our current copper line still on the Plusnet contract...?
