EaveysMom (@Eaveysmom) reported from Urmston, England@bt_uk Mark, your chat advisor was lovley! I'm thinking we will stay with BT. -
Gary Lister (@gaz_lister) reported from Moulton, England@bt_uk I've only been a customer for 3 months and you're now putting my prices up CPI + 3.9%. My neighbour is only getting an increase of 0.6%...? Whats going on??
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp So final update. @OpenreachHelp came and I have broadband. But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. And my @bt_uk doesn't work as the hub is in the kitchen

Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, England@BTCare your app is garbage! I've already tried once today to buy a monthly pass without success and it took me two hours on the phone to get a refund. Dave Ashurst (@DWA2005) reported from Knutsford, England@btsport bored with this now Dortmund v Schalke, only started watching 10 mins in as well. Maybe time to cancel all subscriptions for 3-6 months until fans are back. #footballwithoutfansisnothing
-
Johnathan Massey (@jl_massey) reported from Wilmslow, England@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.
-

Gary Lister (@gaz_lister) reported from Moulton, England@bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡
-
Gary Lister (@gaz_lister) reported from Moulton, England@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT
-

lynne davies (@daviesl5) reported from Tintwistle, England@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Will (@Willtheman15) reported@bt_uk your home hub for us went down at 10pm still down, down detector shows an outage yet literally no communication All the support pages are also saying down for maintenance, what is going on
-
sue evans (@untidysue) reported@bt_uk please can you tell me why I can’t test my broadband speed please? Suddenly it’s not working when I go into our garden and it always has before.
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
NFTupperware (@TupperwareNFT) reported@mongrelcelt @bt_uk Don't call them, the slimy bastards will deny anything said on the phone. Raise an official complaint in writing. Send to their executive office for escalation. This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
-
Pete Wright (@CSI_Pete) reported@bt_uk Hi. Is the offer to upgrade my broadband for £1 a scam? The “checkout broadband “ only button doesn’t work unless I alter my tv package which then starts a new 24 month contract. Seems everyone has the same issue. Seems a con to me then.
-
Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
-
Sonia Rossi 🇮🇹 🇬🇧 (@srossi72) reported@bt_uk I need help. Tried DMing and got a bot. Tried through the BT FB messenger...get a bot... Where can I message BT?.. I cant ring at the mo.
-
H (@surkdidat) reported@bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.
-
Alex (@valdowine) reported@bt_uk we’ve been without broadband in Bramley, Guildford for 4 days now and customer service says it’s OpenReach “plans” to restore service by 31st of August? This is unacceptable.
-
AutumnaL (@HightoDeep) reported@eventhestarsuk @bt_uk I thought new customer only deals had been stopped! ******* rob dogs *forgive the swear
