@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

@bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....(2/2)

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk Hi. Is there nothing similar to the ee network reporting tool? It allows reporting for specific postcode areas and I used to be able to use it and have problems rectified quickly. I frequently have 4g Internet issues in a certain area I visit and they were always solved asap

In the pub with that futsal on @btsport its the final and all i can think is how rubbish were the teams these put out , its like watching a game with the players left after youve picked two squads of 50 for the eleven a side game and this is the crap left.
