They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

Welshcollie (@welshcollie7) reported@bt_uk My problem is not with when engineer is due. My problem is that bt website would not let me upgrade sport & tv package until wifi upgrade is done. If I had known this beforehand I would have upgraded the tv and sports first, as I now can't benefit from Black Friday deal on it.

Nobody has called, when I called in yesterday I was transferred around & then cut off. Just the worst experience ever. I have an open complaint ref: VOL013-54237201273

I'm in CR4 so not a million miles away from you. If there is network maintenance going on, then it's ridiculous that customers in the affected areas weren't warned in advance.
