@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

@bt_uk rubbish service before I’m even connected - seems you can’t put full fibre order through until existing landline disconnected - computer says no! Current supplier says that will disconnect broadband. Can’t have no broadband as work from home. Utterly useless!

@bt_uk Engineer came and unplugged us from the tray, wasn’t fixed until we called you back out. Since been having drop outs and told an engineer has been coming twice and not been? Told I had a problem on the line 3 weeks ago and still nothing 👍🏼
