    For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    So @bt_uk failed with their own stay fast guarantee. They had to make some changes on the account and now because of those changes have contracted me did a further 2 years despite saying they wouldn’t. Calls are recorded…sort it BT. Utterly useless. How do I open a complaint…

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk but to make it better, none of their lines are with BT, Plusnet for VDSL2, yes, A leased line which is sourced from the other end so we aren't a customer, and the current VoIP supplier, which replaced Vodafone. I really hate these lying emails

    @pixelherder @bt_uk Hi Karl, bad experience a few months ago thru BT & my elderly parents - not enough characters to explain but it was v stressful for them, my sister & I. Eventually fixed but BT haven’t realised yet that u can’t make phone calls, be online or watch TV with apologies…good luck!

    @bt_uk Engineer appointment booked to fix broadband between 8-10 this morning. Currently 10:20, still no broadband and no sign of an engineer 🤷 24hours+ without broadband so far
