But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
