@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

Why has no effort been made to fix my copper broadband, it went down on the 10th. Nothing. Phoned @bt_uk and nobody could tell me why it went down, why it cant be repaired or more importantly what department to talk to. so unprofessional when staff go 'I don't know' #disgraceful

@bt_uk Had none stop issues with my broadband and only paying 40 a month for 70mbs when virgin media offers 200mbs for half the price my Internet goes out every single day when I call I've been told now there is nothing further that can be done, yet they won't let me leave without fees

Update for those who have painfully read all that. @EE have helped with a service and real solution by offering more mobile data as we are using excessive amounts due to @bt_uk lack of service or solution. Cody @EE my 10 year old son thanks you as well!!! ....
