    @bt_uk This issue hasn't been resolved, you're said it is my device! I have samsung note 8 with latest Android software, version 9.

    @bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @BTCare your BT Mobile Sim is not very good, my wife cannot get a signal at post code TW4 6FD, this has been going on for a very long time. Not getting the service we pay for! #Verypoor BT Broadband issues also having problems but being assisted by technical

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    @btsport first time I have prescribed to your football. How do I cancel straight away. It was more man united Tv. Then man united tv is. Can’t justify paying for this

    @bt_uk HELLO AGAIN JUST AN UPDATE WITH MY MOTHERS ON-GOING PHONE ISSUE (& YES I AM SHOUTING) her phone was due to be connected in OCTOBER 2019-various errors by YOU means even after an engineer visit yesterday we are no further forward. MY MUM IS 77 & NEEDS HER HOME PHONE #POOR

    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    @bt_uk Hi. Suddenly got no dialling tone on digital Voice connected handset, and unable to make/receive calls on landline. Just tried to register brand new BT Digital Voice handset, in case it was a handset problem, but new handset won't register... Thanks

    @bt_uk So StephenK, it comes down to whether your CEO & indeed the BT organisation have a shred of moral fibre and decency. You overcharged me for four years, the ombudsman and all the evidence from BT/Openreach agrees. But you want to keep my £1200. After I was a customer for 15yrs.

    @bt_uk It was escalated to CEO’s office. An Executive Complaints Team person was appointed. He challenged the lack of service and excess charges, and it went to the Ombudsman. The case manager agreed 100% that I’d been overcharged, but under the regulations he couldn’t order a refund.

    @WellyWilk @btsport Every time. It's poor. So poor. [Same issues for Seville - app didn't boot up successfully until 25 mins in.] And I've only really paid for #BTSport for the month to watch ONE game (lucky enough to attend the home legs), so I missed 28% of my value of the £25. Fuming.

    I agree. Commentary keeps breaking up in #Lyon @WestHam game. Picture fine. Perhaps @BTCare @BT need to invest in some new outside broadcast equipment. Been a problem only with #BTSport recently on my TV.
