@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk Hi engineer been. Apparently part of the issue is we are still connected directly to exchange at Portobello. Engineer suggests connecting us to box at the end of our street which has a fibre connection. Sure he’s reported this. We await your next move.
