@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@lthomasnews Honestly, just pirate it. People stream the btsport broadcast. If I pay to watch an event and the pirates do it better I've no issues using the pirate stream. It's embarrassing that unauthorized streams are better.

When will @btsport realise that their TV app is terrible for replaying events. A UFC event is over 5 hours long. A lot of people watch it on catch up HAVE A CONTINUE WATCHING FEATURE!!! SAVE WHERE I HAVE WATCHED UP TO!! (Mobile device is much better) #btsport #UFC
