Even though it was their fault we had to come in as a new customer,it was 7 weeks before we got reconnected with basic broadband and another 2 weeks before we cld upgrade

When @bt_uk expect us to pay the bill for this past month when we've had unstable connection (20+ drops since the 14th) and one failed visit by one engineer who couldnt even order a new router properly with the recent engineer claiming the first didnt know what they were doing.
