    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    Unbelievably shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. Broadband order placed on 3 Dec for a 14 December installation. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.     @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??
