.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Hey @bt_uk, we have been trying to set up fibre internet for a month now. You keep our canceling our orders with no reason and have gone in circles trying to solve it. Too bad we can't do anything about trying a different ISP because you have a monopoly in our area. Thanks a lot!

very disappointing service from @bt_uk intermittent fault for 10 days....no one to talk to on live chat and the phone just rings! You guys were quick to answer when it was too sell me an upgrade a couple of weeks ago though!
