@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk disgusted at how BT are behaving. Three weeks without internet or landline, elderly/ vulnerable people relying on their services have now been told the issue ‘may’ be resolved by 13-12-21. Pathetic, it seems they only care about their pockets!

@bt_uk it’s like one of those stupid jokes, How many BT staff does it take to contact open reach to switch of our BB line. Obviously you guys are so overworked there’s not enough hours in the day to pick up a phone to open reach or us.
