Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Wokingham, England100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.
-

-
Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported@bt_uk I’ve told your complaint handlers I’m not spending one more minute of my time talking to anyone from BT. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.
-

carol bell (@carolbe33933864) reported@btbusinesscare hi just to let you know I've been hanging on trying to get help with new handsets that were meant to be activated 23/12. We are a small tailoring business and our customers are telling us verbally our number isn't working. I've been waiting for more than 35 mins.
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
Mark (@skipjackToo) reported@bt_uk is your wifi down?
-
John O'Connor (@thereal_JOC) reported@bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.
-
moz💤 (@tinnie31) reported@bt_uk I’ve had numerous engineers out now but the issue is with the corroded line
