  @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

  @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

  @bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
