Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.     @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    @btbusinesscare @BTCare Please help!! We had a new broadband and phone line installed last Friday! The engineer did not check if service working in our business property! Please send an engineer to fix asap as affecting our business.

    @threeredkings No they won’t- @btsport @bt_uk has no issue charging for 24 / 7 WiFi & delivering 16/7 service but offering an upgrade to get a refund when service fails.

    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    @bt_uk My parents live in Abbotts Ann. They have been without phone and internet 2 WEEKS after roadworks. Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk haven’t fixed it. A disgrace!

    It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

    @bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).

    I’ll tell you what, @bt_uk do not muck around, when their internet goes down, it really goes down, 4 or 5 days, no problem for them, they can do that on a regular basis and frequently do🤬🤬🤬
