Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Windlesham and nearby locations:

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • Will527 William Clark (@Will527) reported from London, England

@EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

  • OnlyMe66666 Bruno🎗 (@OnlyMe66666) reported from London, England

@EE your website and changing login details is a nightmare

  • PagesPlumbers Allan Page (@PagesPlumbers) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@EE Usually have full signal at home. 4bars. Currently sitting at 2bars.... 🙄

  • DebbieDavies Dd - Deborah Davies (@DebbieDavies) reported from Farnham, England

@EE iPhone 8. It’s never happened before. Turned phone in and off. Looked online for advice. Still confused as to why.

  • mrdavidnunn David Nunn (@mrdavidnunn) reported from London, England

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

  • cobartlett Christopher Bartlett-Walford (@cobartlett) reported from London, England

@CliveChenery @EE They tried to upsell me to BB whilst in the conversation about my phone ! Couldn't believe all they were thinking of was extra sale, not how to help their customer with a query they had!

  • TS7Track16 G(ay) | in the end in wonderland, we both went bad (@TS7Track16) reported from Hillingdon, England

    why are @EE down again

  • Bjsfreaked Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England

@EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

  • PagesPlumbers Allan Page (@PagesPlumbers) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

  • PagesPlumbers Allan Page (@PagesPlumbers) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

  • Jamie367p Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  • TashaBrowne natasha browne (@TashaBrowne) reported from Hillingdon, England

@paul2v @HillingdonNHSFT @EE I’ve no idea.....I never see anything on twitter until hours later...but I’m not bothered about it

  • Bjsfreaked Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England

@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

  • TBone1170 Tony L (@TBone1170) reported from London, England

@EE never any signal, platform 14 London bridge. Every day, every week - the same. S8+ perfect anywhere else.

  • christof88 Chris Whitehead (@christof88) reported from Tongham, England

@EE Seems to be ok now...possibly not a a coincidence that I had an iOS update come through last night! Will let you know if I have more problems. Thanks

  • javineisaslag K. (@javineisaslag) reported from Hillingdon, England

@ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

  • Bjsfreaked Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England

So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

  • running_gooner Brian Russell (@running_gooner) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE waiting for over 10 mins and still waiting to speak to customer services is not good enough especially as only moved to EE today 😡

  • stevoavfc84 steven millard (@stevoavfc84) reported from Colnbrook with Poyle, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ERPPartners ERP Partners (@ERPPartners) reported

So @EE putting their price of business tariffs up by 14.5% as of next month! Seems fair when we can’t even get a reception in our offices. Think we’ll be changing our service provider ASAP. Another sad reflection of rip off Britain. Sure they’ll be announcing record profits soon.

  • GinaChiixa Church Girl . (@GinaChiixa) reported

If there is one thing to be loyal to it’s your mobile network provider. @EE is sending me the Gold iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB with unlimited calls , text and data for less than I pay now for the iPhone 12 ( less that £50 p/m) 😶#HappyValentinesDay

  • DannyDannicool Dan cole (@DannyDannicool) reported

@EE a price increase of 14.4%! Lol in line with inflation plus 3.9% so you feel it necessary to increase your profit way above inflation for what reason? Has your service changed significantly? Not mention the BoEs predicted inflation halving this year. Profiteering *****

  • A4IScott Scott - All4Inclusion (@A4IScott) reported

@CaraLisette @EE If your bill is £85 per month, that’s 10 percent Inflation currently sits at 9.2 percent If a company that size values its customers its increases will always be below inflation Sounds like profit over customer loyalty to me

  • star_boi Ry.i.am (@star_boi) reported

@EE You are upfront in the fact you say it’s coming. As an EE customer this has never been more than a few quid. This year, you are hiking it up by £12! It’s a HUGE difference and why is it Sky and Three are only increasing theirs by a few £? 👀

  • AtafK1 Crypto Ghost (@AtafK1) reported

Amused by the 14.4% increase to my phone bill by EE. They’re arguing that it’s a government increase that’s forcing them to charge me CPI PLUS 3.9%. So that discounted handset that I got a year an half ago is proving to be quite costly. WTF @EE

  • TCDavies7 Tom Davies (@TCDavies7) reported

@EE I’ve just received a message that my bill is going up by nearly 15 percent!!! This is totally outrageous! How on earth can you justify this? I’d like to cancel please. I’m one month into a new contract.

  • DannyDannicool Dan cole (@DannyDannicool) reported

@EE Thats not what i asked. I asked if inflation comes down as predicted over the coming year, will my bill come down in line with that? Or are you going to take that additional profit and "invest to protect people"

  • AmyWell98299733 Amy Wells (@AmyWell98299733) reported

@EE been a customer for 15 years plus and went in a few months ago to reduce my prices as can’t afford it … so it going up means it’s higher than before … going to cancel these now sadly

  • Keeganzsays_ #IzzyK (@Keeganzsays_) reported

@EE why can’t I gift data I’m trying to gift some data to my step daughter but it’s not working pls help 😫
