    @ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @EE Just wondered because I had a call from a very pushy sales person from ee. Told me that because I'm a loyal customer she could do a special offer of 16 pounds no upfront. From the look of this add its not that special and is available to anyone.

    @EE SO beyond fed up with the service I’m getting. Charged twice for Spotify??? How does that make any sense??? Also no way to contact anyone for more info??? I have to book an in-store appointment for a PHONE COMPANY to tell me what THEY have ****** up. I’m so sick of it.

    @EE what is going on dropped out while winning fut champs game on fifa waited connected again . Starting another fut game and it dropped again in cf46 area . It's taken 2 games off so can't qualify now thanks great service 😭

    @EE Great but when you@complain to EE as a 10 year old customer they simply do not reply : bravo 👏 . Be aware though, new customers zero customer service or fidelity

    @EE @Ofcom How, in 2022, can you get away with a mobile network that has no signal indoors. With @bt_uk removing copper and bell current then it is critical that everywhere in the UK can place calls on the mobile network both inside and out.
