    Well 1st day with @EE and already they have ****** up , there's me thinking the switch from @VodafoneUK was going to be an improvement but boy was I wrong , these 2 are both as bad as each other, as you were, Benny out

    @EE Hi I upgraded to an S9 plus within the last 12 months and it has developed a white bar down a section of the right hand of the screen, can you advise best process to get it repaired. I am on a monthly contract, obtained from one of your stores

    @EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly ยฃ20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @EE can you tell me if you are experiencing network problems in the pontypool blaenavon area in south wales I have no signal, 4g, and the wifi is patchy. It's never been like this.

    @EE words cannot describe how frustrated Iโ€™m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been ๐Ÿ‘Œpast 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

    @EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

    @EE's auth process to login might genuinely be the most **** piece of software on the planet. Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.

    Why itโ€™s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. Iโ€™m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

    @EE strange issue between eetv box and tumble dryer every time I open my tumble dryer I get a black screen on my TV or if I use the tumble dryer my eetv starts to stutter and cut on and off picture
