I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

I’ve not been able to access my business account on the app or online for something like 8 or 9 months. Can’t get a statement. Can check contract status. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.

So now I’m leaving.
