    @EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

    @EE Great support offering NHS free data - how about doing the same for families who are using up data to access home learning. Surely there is a need there.

    @EE Any chance of sorting out your network in Abergavenny sometime in the next decade? It's becoming a regular talking point now amongst residents of our town.. Its only EE people complain about. How do i go about getting a refund?

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    @EE r shit other half updated his phone now not working. EE said he would have to send it to be repaired. With a charge. So now has to pay for a phone he can't use

    @EE can you tell me if you are experiencing network problems in the pontypool blaenavon area in south wales I have no signal, 4g, and the wifi is patchy. It's never been like this.

    @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.

    @EE I need to speak to someone to give a timeline, send in images, emails etc. No one will help and fobs me off. The store hasnt even investigated it so I can deadlock and go the ombudsman

    @EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.

    @EE Upgraded my phone online last night as a treat to myself and received my confirmation email. Today you send me a text message to say there was an issue and ask me to contact a representative on the live chat. There was no issue. You have kept me online for 1h45m for the sole purpose of first trying to also sell me an additional tablet, then broadband and when that didn't work either, a watch. After refusing all of the above and finally being allowed to leave the chat, I find you have charged me an additional £7 for a phone/screen cleaner I did not ask for and do not require. Your website is also terrible and impossible to navigate efficiently. This is not good customer service at all :(

    @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!
