@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE paid over £400 to upgrade early plus an additional £9+ for next day delivery only to recieve the wrong device and have to go through the returns process of 7-10 days. Not a happy customer at all.

@EE @EE It appears that I'll be saying goodbye after 23 years (and more - previously Orange) as a loyal customer as you can't match another providers monthly quote and benefits. Such a shame that customer loyalty now means nothing.

@EE Yep, unfortunately we have reached the letter of deadlock stage. I will now cancel my upgrade and look for alternative providers. Disappointing after 15 years as a customer. Being blamed for the mistake that was made by a member of staff in store 8 years ago is too much.
