Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

Aboy (@FranklyUk) reported@JolyonMaugham Sorry for sneaking this here. Have written to @MarcAllera about @EE staff being abusive and unlawful discrimination. He ignored all my letters. Why would he do that? Its frightening to just be ignored. What is the next step? Any tips would be very much appreciated. Please help!
