Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

@northolt3103 @EE Signal in central Swindon has been non existent for the last 5 years. Despite many, many requests to EE they’ve all come back “it’s fine”. Thank god I’ve got WiFi calling set up. I think the Bat teak over has started to filter through with the EE customer services being dire.

@northolt3103 @EE Not only has the signal got poorer but they sell 5G mobile broadband that cannot support incoming VPN. Not good for businesses who want to ditch landlines.

@EE I cannot log into the EE app at all to check my mobile usage, or family usage. Or gift data within my family. Have tried via website but that is also not working. Been trying for about 3 days now. When will this issue be resolved please?
