@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

In the middle of asking a very rude customer service person from @EE to break down my bill, she hung up. Asked her to speak to someone else as she was abrupt/unhelpful/impatient, she ignored my request. Called back 4 times can’t get through. I loathe this company.

@EE To be honest I don't really think it would help. I work in a front line job, and I treat anyone who I have to deal with fairly and with respect. Your member of staff was rude and obviously didn't care about a potential customer.
