I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

@EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

@EE hi! In my new house I have very weak and patchy signal. For some reason wifi calling isn’t working. Using an iPhone 11 Pro. It’s turned on in settings and wifi is strong. Any suggestions?

@EE Hi Peter. Wifi calling just seems never to kick in. I can only make/receive calls at one end of my house but wifi calling doesn’t seem to allow me to do it anywhere else. I never see the ‘wifi calling’ text at the top of my phone. It’s definitely switched on in settings.

@Ofcom I am constantly getting called on my mobile by 0843 numbers who ring a couple of times in the hope I ring back or pocket dial them. I cannot block them as they constantly change numbers. I am on the telephone pref service. My provider @ee are cannot help. Can you?
