@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

So @EE are accusing me of lying about calling them on a number they gave me to call and have charged me £10 for. Why would I sit on hold to a number for 90mins that wasn’t EE when I was looking for help from their tech department?!
