    @EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

    Upgraded phone yesterday with @ee as current phone completely broken. Was told could get phone delivered today by #dpd. Spoke to ee at 13:15 to be told it wasn’t in stock (delay in stock levels being updated on systems) but was now in stock & had been picked up by dpd…

    @EE I did not agree for my bill to rise by £15 during my contract!! The signal is a joke most is the time!! So this is not justifiable!!

    @EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

    @EE I have had no phone signal for the last 3 days. It seems to go off around 8am and comes back at 9pm. Very frustrating and also dangerous. I am a childminder and need to be able to make and receive calls

    My water bill has gone up 9% @NorthumbrianH2O despite waterway pollution, my phone bill has gone up 14.4% @EE despite garbage 5G coverage!!!!! Keep pushing and and something has to give,

    Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

    @BT & @EE couldnt organise a pissup in a brewery. Due to their mistake a elderly person with health issues is now with out a working mobile phone number !!!!!!

    @EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

    @EE is there currently a mobile outage both mobiles in our household are currently unable to make calls - phones working fine earlier (NE29 area)

    @EE @ThreeUK only put theirs up by 4.5% not the 14.4% that you have….. It’s not the fact they’ve gone up mid contract, it’s the fact you don’t appear to care about customers and giving automated responses doesn’t help your case.

    @EE In February, I flagged that I had an issue with the charging port of my iPhone 13 Pro. The charging cable not securely staying in. I visited my local EE store yesterday and was told that it may need cleaning. They can’t do it in case they damage it?!?…

    @EE Still no network, your customer services are telling me it's a known problem with iPhone roaming + T-Mobile in the USA ... and Apple are working on a fix. Given lack of press I think it's just a problem with my phone and EE offshore customer services lack the skills/knowledge.

    @EE I'm disgusted with the service I've received from EE . Have a fault which has been on going for 2 months still not fixed. Booked a repair told next day then went to store and told 14days which is a joke. So wished I never joined EE. Such a poor customer service.

    @EE Hi, please can someone tell me when my complaints going to be looked at and I’m given a call back. The initial issue which I’m complaining about took weeks and now it seems I’m being fobbed off with “a senior member of the team will call you”
