  Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

  Very disappointed with @EE Ashington branch. My dads @SamsungMobile still has a fault turning off randomly despite 2 ‘repairs’. Told by @EE phone would now need to be replaced BUT my dad needs to take it to Newcastle @SamsungMobile store HIMSELF for support. Appalling service @EE

  @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

  @EE Had to do it Via Website... your app still isn't right... logged in, entered verification code, then kicks ya back to login... and so on... keeps going back to square 1. Please sort it out. CHX Wimpole.

  @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service
