@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE getting very frustrated with the upgrade service, ordered one phone to subsequently find it's not in stock, switch to another colour and then you apparently find a discrepancy on the order, seriously fed up and nobody to contact, phoning is a complete joke ATM

@EE I spent all last weekend on the phone to 150 trying to get a deal that would beat other providers. I then requested my PAC code on Monday. That triggered the retention team to call me. We didn’t get to a deal!! I can’t see why EE are so keen to lose a customer for a few quid!
