  @EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  @EE I just spoke to Reece in your Newcastle contact centre. Just wanted to say 10/10 for customer service. He went above and beyond. First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @AndyWoodturner I hate Digital Voice too. Spent an hour sitting in my car earlier this week in the nearest spot to us with mobile signal to call @EE because the broadband was out again, therefore no phone! Useless service.
