@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@mouthwaite @EE Doesn't matter what provider you go to you will always find issues of sorts. All providers are terrible for call backs. Getting a same day replacement for a broken phone is non existent, process tends to be to send the phone away to be assessed for repair or replacement.
