@EE and OH - the hotline agent that processed my UPGRADE on Saturday was KIND and nice.. but I emailed him MOnday about this problem AND ZERO REPLY ANYMORE - WELL SALE was done -- BUT let us see by 6 pm IF I GET AN EMAIL AND A CALL FROM EE that is 48 hours

@EE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with CUSTOMER HOTLINE SERVICE Since MOnday night - MY UPGRADE TO Microsoft DUO 2 Phone - I was on the phone with 4 different EE Hotline agents from like 3 pm to almost 7 pm and plus a call to Microsoft Support - PROMISED 48 HRS today and no calls and no EMAILS
