@EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

@EE @MrJPC123 Not really, we don't know what or how much the price will increase by beforehand, if other providers like @tescomobile can fix their prices then you can too. And your prices have never been fair, your the most expensive network compared to all others. So please stop this stuff.
-
Michael Hoy (@MikeHullbridge) reported
So, have rung @EE twice and both times line has been cut off at 15 minutes before I have had a chance to speak with anyone. And this is me trying to buy an additional product! Terrible customer service.

@EE terrible and appalling behaviour to a loyal customer. Reported my phone stolen a month ago and received a bill of £750 over suspicious calls on the night of the theft and my number blocked. Customer service agreed that i didn’t make these calls but the billing team does not?!

ChrisOnToast (@ChrisOnToast1) reported
@EE One thing I hate about ee yes the coverage is good and speed is terrible but they have no middle ground when it comes to their packages you either get sod all or pay 50 to 80 a month quid for way more than you actually need. Looking at switching providers when my contract ends.

Mike Armitage (@MikeArmitage8) reported
