    This is really poor from @EE.. broadband speed a fifth of what was promised and no engineer for another 10 days. I've been offered unlimited mobile data, but the signal in my area is poor so I'm basically on dial up speeds for the foreseeable with no alternatives🤬

    Hey @EE good customer service as usual but how come lovely customer service person, contacted through app, can't access the cheaper business upgrade deals showing on your website? Been a customer for 20 years and spent £thousands. Not impressed.
