I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

The year is 2021. People working from home due to the pandemic. Internet dropsout a minimum of 35 times in 3 days (averaging 5times daily since mid Jan) so you cant work properly and nobody knows why or how to fix it. This is the dream👌 Thanks @EE @OpenreachHelp

@EE Hi, please help! 1 month ago signed an 18 month contract with EE which broadband. Ultrafast broadband (FTTP) is due to be installed in our village in around 12 months time. Will you be able to provide this service or will I need to change provider?

@MacsenRed @EE It’s frustrating because I’m trying to replace a broken handset and I was told 3 times. It IS in stock. Can’t order direct from Apple because for some insane reason Barclays rejects any finance application despite being able to get credit literally anywhere else.

@EE Sorry. In 12 approx months I must subscribe to a FTTP service BUT I will be still be in contract with EE. Do I need to shift providers (in which case what will the penalties to leave 5 months early) or can EE supply FTTP or allow me to move to BT without penalty?
