Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Merstham and nearby locations:

  • crabrc Rob Crabtree (@crabrc) reported from Lambeth, England

. @EE it’s 14 days since I ordered a sim only plan from you guys. Nearly two weeks later, 10 calls to customer service, 2 visits to a store, still no working sim. Your staff are always polite and helpful, but your systems are utterly inept...1 of 2

  • elusivemoment Maya Stone (@elusivemoment) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

  • TBone1170 Tony L (@TBone1170) reported from London, England

@EE never any signal, platform 14 London bridge. Every day, every week - the same. S8+ perfect anywhere else.

  • williada60 David Williams (@williada60) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

  • GBsBestElvis Mark ELVIS Goddard (@GBsBestElvis) reported from Hooley, England

@EE wifey is talking to you ‘customer services’ and it’s NOT going well! We have TWO accounts with you, she was not reminded to upgrade and has been paying too much for 4 or 5 months. From this end it doesn’t sound like your guys being much help!!

  • ByGeoffW Geoff Whitehouse (@ByGeoffW) reported from Lambeth, England

    @nigelwalsh @goforsergei @LedaGlyptis @Emeka_Nwonu @IoanaGuiman @kelseyg @renemichau @dionlisle @MarkosZach @Shankarsundar @DexterCousins @davebarna @xinjamoney @Airchintu @petervan @Fegan @EE It’s why I’ll never ever bank with Santander or RBS. They really messed up my grandfather’s finances and then blamed my mom, while she’s still grieving about losing her dad 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • chrisgolds Christopher Golds (@chrisgolds) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE I do use Apple Music but never via my phone bill. I pay for it separately and always have done.

  • Will527 William Clark (@Will527) reported from London, England

@EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

  • vladyhell Vladimir Sivc (@vladyhell) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Lol! I've tried everything including switching it on and off. Apparently it's a service fault in the local area :(

  • niallmcdougall Niall McDougall (@niallmcdougall) reported from Lambeth, England

@ScottWestron @EE I have the same level of customer service satisfaction with @firstdirect 😀

  • cobartlett Christopher Bartlett-Walford (@cobartlett) reported from London, England

@CliveChenery @EE They tried to upsell me to BB whilst in the conversation about my phone ! Couldn't believe all they were thinking of was extra sale, not how to help their customer with a query they had!

  • PhilHutchins91 Phil Hutchins (@PhilHutchins91) reported from Bromley, England

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

  • AllenXL Allen Horrod (@AllenXL) reported from Horley, England

@EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

  • mrdavidnunn David Nunn (@mrdavidnunn) reported from London, England

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

  • mo55541011 Lewis Morgan (@mo55541011) reported from Croydon, England

@EE phone not working AGAIN 3rd time since march this is unacceptable

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • williada60 David Williams (@williada60) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE thank you for wasting another 20 minutes of my life talking about my complaint and getting no where I feel like a hamster going round and round with no conclusion. Now let’s see what the ombudsman has to say about this

  • ashleyhaase0 AH (@ashleyhaase0) reported from Croydon, England

@EE how can both your service and customer service be trash. £93 a month for this non sense. Better off using giff gaff.

  • starfilms David Abbott (@starfilms) reported from Bromley, England

@EE any issues in BR3, EE internet stopped working, hub just has orange flashing light fit internet.

@EE **** off Gareth. Just do what your paid to do

  • SaladSnak3 SaladSnake (@SaladSnak3) reported

@EE You guys are utterly delusional. The only people buying this nonsense are the woke twitterati. REAL people have REAL world problems. Absolutely tone deaf.

  • KaoKirk Kaos (@KaoKirk) reported

@EE Third day in a row where the data signal disappears after 12pm, is this going to be fixed anytime soon?

  • hearn_julia Julia Hearn 🇺🇦 (@hearn_julia) reported

@EE I have no service at all from you on my mobile in London N6. Have just travelled Bristol & it’s been fine all the way. Is there a problem here?

  • NfnenK nfnen kdkxnc (@NfnenK) reported

@WitchTwilight @Gunner9820 @EE Ok, women have to educate themselves to not need constant support from government and men while being gold digging ****** :)

  • MaxHanaghan We're out of it now!!! (@MaxHanaghan) reported

Anyone else in Sunderland having terrible @EE signal over last few weeks? Absolutely terrible. Barely a 5g bar and taking ages to even load a tweet on here. Streaming virtually non existent

  • elmstagrams James Elmore (@elmstagrams) reported

@EE I went into the store again to fulfil the promise the manager gave me, and he couldn’t actually do it. Meanwhile, I got charged over £200 for my current phone, the mis sold one, an iPad and apple watch. I also have my broadband with you. May cancel the lot!

  • JuliaDixon1949 Julia Dixon (@JuliaDixon1949) reported

@gloster_boy @EE Yeah, but it's far more convenient to ignore facts like that & then men are also majorly targeted so they can chase that woke money now that Pride month has ended & they can't exploit & profit from that for another 11 months. Soon they'll support Black Pride with "blame whitey".

  • SLBTFD $Ł₿ (@SLBTFD) reported

@EE I would say outside of a 1 mile radius it improves. I could walk for 30mins, and we’d still have no signal at all. Which is why wifi calling is so essential for us in the area. You’ve lost a few customers because of the lack of signal, and making no attempt to fix it.

  • uknickand Nick Anderson (@uknickand) reported

@EE hi with the £10 roaming pass if I add this on before I go to usa. Is this a one off fee, if not when I can cancel so only get charged for £10?
