    @EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

    That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

    @EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

    @shortlew @sighmohn @EE I wouldt hold my breath after waiting 3 wks I received an email 2say it would b delivered between the 18th and the 23rd then this morning (18th) I received another message saying awaiting confirmation again and when I called was told there’s no new date yet lol they are terrible

    @EE Yes! I wrote about my situation this morning. My partner hasn’t been able to work from home, I haven’t been able to do my online weekly shop due to pages not loading because mobile data is also very slow.

    Dear @ee and @O2 I’m counting down until I can change provider, AGAIN. Please sort the basics. So bored of hearing about 5G etc when every day I drive through areas which don’t even have a basic phone signal. It’s North Wales & N.Shropshire, not the moon.

    @EE Aboustly cretins of a business. Expect you to pay for service they ain't providing and then threaten to disconnect you if you call every day to get the problem resolved. Avoid at all costs.

    @EE I wouldn’t know about the signal due to the fact I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago and still waiting every week I’m told by the end of the week now they’ve said by the weekend or we will refund you what a joke of a network I’ll stick with virgin mobile
