    @EE Hi sorry I never got a notification of a reply. I'm stressed. This hasn't been resolved no, they say I have to wait for an engineer to come on the 2nd October! My daughter has to work from home again from Sunday coming due to government covid announcement. We need it URGENTLY!

    @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

    @EE I tried the link it was the same. Also ....no I never received anything else after the call but Taylor did say when I was on the call it was all sorted. Which in fairness to her, it was.

    @EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

    @EE Broadband the CS and product service for us has gone from 5star to zero 😐 Been with EE mobile for 4 years, recommended my Mrs and recently switched to Ee BB. What a shame. Disappointed. It’s done & dusted. Adios, EE BB. WC, @BT Broadband

    @ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    Hey @EE my dad has had the same number for years but as of this morning it just says “you’ve dialed an incorrect number...” any ideas? I can call and text everyone else and his partner says she can call him no problems...HELP 👀

    @EE @origionalSaz Also I can’t actually see how much in texts or phone calls I have left. So when my data ran out my texts and calls now say standard charges apply which is stupid because I have 10 days left on my current top up.

    @MarcAllera @EE @Ofcom Can you invest in a complaints team as im am currently on complaint number three of the same issue regarding negligence on ee part and been told that my complaint ends with the customer service advisor that raises it even though they cant deal with it.

    Hey @CampBestival #CampBestivalShropshire could you have a word with @EE for next year as their mobile coverage was virtually non-existent. My friends on @O2 had no problem staying in touch with their friends, and more importantly their kids.
