Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE Yes but when you order it the shop tells you dispatched in one day. Now been 8. Wheat into the store now told could be another 28 days. No contact from EE extremely poor customer service. Just talked friends into going with 3 when they Hurd my story

Never again with @EE took contracts out Friday only 2/3 Sims turned up signals not great cancel Saturday, tried canceling twice today and instead of canceling I get a bill 🙄 so helpful NOT

@EE Been with EE for over 10 years , done a comparison quote and it’s actually £2 cheaper a mth than I pay now , with an extra near on £8 on top , you’re the most expensive network. 😕 it’s a big price jump
