    @EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

    Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

    @EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

    Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

    @EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

    . @EE it’s 14 days since I ordered a sim only plan from you guys. Nearly two weeks later, 10 calls to customer service, 2 visits to a store, still no working sim. Your staff are always polite and helpful, but your systems are utterly inept...1 of 2

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE #crapservice #worstmobileprovider How bad is it that you book a call with EE to discuss leaving and they don't call you back. Then you request to unlock your phone and 10days later you are still waiting for the unlock code! Useless service.

    @EE 2 full days without Internet access and first complaint filed. Did you know that you can't get to speak to an EE advisor unless you ring from the mobile/landline number registered on the contract? Rubbish customer service. It calls for a switch. #CustomerSatisfaction
