@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

@EE Stupid advert. How are you talking to the plane……? Via radio or satellite communications. So why do you need fibre broadband in someone’s house? You need reliable comms, not high speed comms

Hey @EE exactly one month into a £10 12 month sim only, my mum has a stroke on Boxing Day and I now need to move back to Ireland to care for her. Call ye up to see if anything can be done and advised no, £110 to cancel. Really is no care at all
