So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

Between the service I’ve received from @AppleSupport and @EE about my broken phone, which is no fault of my own btw I am seriously considering knocking a mobile on the head and going back to the old landline! So much easier! #PhoneStress #21stCenturyProblems 🙈🙈🙈

So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

For the first time in a long time (prob 20 years+), I am going to look at switching my phone carrier. @EE is ***************. They are increasing their price plans by 14.4% + an additional 3.9%. Also, network performance has been pretty bad of late. Shame, I used to like EE.

Hey @bt_uk I have no idea who to contact. But be sure what’s happening with my internet installation now ?! I have no signal etc because of @ee and now I have no idea what you are doing. It’s meant to be live tomorrow. Not happy one bit as I’ve been left not know what’s going on!

Oh well, looks like I’ll be leaving @EE when my contract is up, after 15 years + of loyal service and lots of money spent they have just informed me my bill is going up 14.4%… absolutely shocking. Time to shop around @VodafoneUK @O2 any others??

@EE @DarrenHorner9 Alex are you able to reply to my comment about the 2 bar signal & only 4G in my area & claiming to be the best 5G network around, while you’re talking about investing in the network & the signal. Seeings as that’s being ignored.
