What an absolute **** show in todays day and age where I have to rely on @WhatsApp to make calls. Happens far too often in the NG18 postcode. Useless.

I can see that almost two months later, the nearest 5G mast is still down with no ETA fix. Would be interested in Three or EE if service was resolved.

Then puts me on hold for a ‘few’ minutes, i am waiting for OVER 30 minutes now!! What kind of service is this? I am actually shocked! No respect for people’s time at all.

What does that mean? I've already used it out and and works ok. I just want to see my details and usage on the app. Please help
