    @EE never mind landing a plane, how about trying to let us land a phone call? Recent service has been shocking. I can’t make calls YET AGAIN today in NG18

    My contracts up with @EE next month and genuinely shocked at the price of upgrade deals. Can anyone recommend another network? Seen some good deals on 02 and Vodafone but only ever been on EE

    @EE Hello, I topped up with £15 credit which I used to purchase a 3GB Add On Pack, however, the app reflects 1GB only and I was charged £10 for it. Appreciate your help.

    @EE looking to join EE. But would like unlimited data on the huawei p40 Pro. But less than £54. Currently on @VodafoneUK, best they could offer was £50 with discount an 10+ year customer

    @EE Yes I have registered. I tried ringing my housemate several times yesterday afternoon and he is on ee too and it kept going to his voicemail. Seems to be a weekend issue all the time

    @EE you are an absolute shower of ****. Yet again my business mobile won’t make or receive calls. Costing me money. What an absolute **** show in todays day and age where I have to rely on @WhatsApp to make calls. Happens far too often in the NG18 postcode. Useless.

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @EE no mobile signal at home address for 2 days now - told by Customer Service to use wifi calling - but guess what, my contract is going up by 14% - can you please get it resolved ? 3 handsets at home cannot be used effectively...

    @ThreeUKSupport Initially signed up to @EE for 5G router but nearest Mast was broken, so I cancelled as was unable to use the service. I can see that almost two months later, the nearest 5G mast is still down with no ETA fix. Would be interested in Three or EE if service was resolved.

    @EE called 150 to Customer Services about a simple upgrade for my Add-on. She answers after 20 minutes. Then puts me on hold for a ‘few’ minutes, i am waiting for OVER 30 minutes now!! What kind of service is this? I am actually shocked! No respect for people’s time at all.

    @EE still no new iphone, still can’t get through to you on the phone, still fobbed off by your social media dm’s who now tell me delivery was attempted (it wasn’t), incredibly bad customer service and lack of accountability

    @EE Evening. Recently got a 4GEE SIM and trying to log into/register on the My EE app. Keeps asking me to add my number and connect it to laptop/tablet. What does that mean? I've already used it out and and works ok. I just want to see my details and usage on the app. Please help

    @EE Totally disgusted . Customer of over 20 years. Phoned to cancel contract. Persuaded to stay by an agent who even emailed me confirmations of the deal. Stupidly signed up. Just been told by another EE agent the email and offer was all a LIE.

    @EE been on hold for 45 mins for someone to tell me they cant help port a number into EE and transferred me to another department for me to wait again. Half tempted to cancel my 3 plans with the crap customer service I’m getting.
