    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, itโ€™s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    Had to ring @EE broadband support spoke to Margret from Darlington. Was lovely and helpful. Even tho I had plugged the lead in to the ring place. I blame lock down not me ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @martin_booth @O2 Thatโ€™s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - Iโ€™m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia Iโ€™m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 werenโ€™t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

    @EE My broadband keep dropping several times a day and it's severely impacting on working from home (dropped video calls etc). I live in the NG5 area, have tried all the online remedies but no improvement. Is this a local area issue or is my modem a problem? #pleasehelp

    @EE I pay ยฃ14 a month for unlimited everything on my mobile because I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? ยฃ2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

    @EE you are an absolute shower of ****. Yet again my business mobile wonโ€™t make or receive calls. Costing me money. What an absolute **** show in todays day and age where I have to rely on @WhatsApp to make calls. Happens far too often in the NG18 postcode. Useless.

    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's ยฃ19 upfront and ยฃ29.99 a month. With yourselves its ยฃ20 up front ยฃ72.81 a month (first month is ยฃ92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

    @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

    Iโ€™m shocked by how a complaint has been handled @EE Following several recorded calls, I agreed to close my account based on assurances regarding my exit fees. Despite this, Iโ€™ve been charged over ยฃ600. I feel Iโ€™ve been misled,requesting an urgent review into this matter. #EE

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

    DO NOT EVER BECOME A CUSTOMER OF @virginmedia THEIR NETWORK IS UNSTABLE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THEY WEASEL OUT OF DELIVERING A SERVICE BY SAYING THEY ONLY GUARANTEE ONE PART OF IT AND CHARGING THE EXIT FEE. THE ยฃ28M @Ofcom FINE WAS 100% DESERVED. LOOKING AT MOVING TO @EE
