    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    My contracts up with @EE next month and genuinely shocked at the price of upgrade deals. Can anyone recommend another network? Seen some good deals on 02 and Vodafone but only ever been on EE

    @EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for youโ€ฆ???? A month and two bills down the line and itโ€™s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product Iโ€™ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing Iโ€™m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    @EE I pay ยฃ14 a month for unlimited everything on my mobile because I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? ยฃ2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

    @lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about ยฃ100-ยฃ200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So Iโ€™m just leaving ยฃ15 in bank and if they take more out then Iโ€™ll take it further

    The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they canโ€™t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.
