    @groomtings My sky's down but @SkyHelpTeam swear blind it's fine. Intermittent data through @EE but can't send messages or make calls.

    @EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

    Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @EE @davehill62 Good luck getting through to a member of the team. I became a customer a month ago and still having set up issues. Constantly referred to the AI bot when I call which is useless. How do I get in touch with a person @EE ? This is super frustrating.

    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

    @EE I’ve spoken again to complaints team and have been spoken to very poorly by your staff. You have breached the contract and don’t have and resolution to fix the internet… how do I escalate further?

    @EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problems….

    DO NOT EVER BECOME A CUSTOMER OF @virginmedia THEIR NETWORK IS UNSTABLE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THEY WEASEL OUT OF DELIVERING A SERVICE BY SAYING THEY ONLY GUARANTEE ONE PART OF IT AND CHARGING THE EXIT FEE. THE £28M @Ofcom FINE WAS 100% DESERVED. LOOKING AT MOVING TO @EE
