  @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

  Changed to @EE broadband, awful coverage in the house beyond the living room and dining room, on top of this trying to sort my home phone with them, i think its now 4 times they have failed to complete my order. Really wish i had just stayed where i was.

  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

  @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

  @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

  @EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot
