    @EE - I need to speak to someone urgently regarding a messed up PAC transfer. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.

    @EE absolutely joke of a broadband provider… wifi upgraded to fibre and doesn’t work at all, can’t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as I’m paying for a service

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
