Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?
