-
Stu 🇬🇧 (@vis_unita) reported@VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. -

Eza (@14EZA) reported@EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
