    @EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

    @EE why is it that I have a brand new phone, 5g and connected to he train WiFi and STILL can't stream videos 🤔 best coverage network? I think not

    @EE the signal i get from you is terrible, 5G barely works when i have it, slow as anything and 4G is constantly slow most of the time

    @EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? According to the dpd tracker, the parcel was refused at Birmingham and it's on its way back to you. However, my plan has been updated and I am being charged my new contract fee.

    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    @EE Please tell me your record your calls. As I’ve just spoke to one of your agents who called me hostile, simply for disagreeing with her my Apple Watch issue is coz of EE and not apple. I’m now cancelling as a result

    @EE are they any issues with the iPhone 13 pro and 5G signal? I’ve been having issues getting 5G when others on the same network on different phones have full 5G signal. I’m reading this seems to be an issue for other iPhone 13 pro users also

    @EE Hi my partner was going through an insurance claim with you guys, and everything was coming to a finish, for a replacement to be delivered tomorrow when the line went dead. Your customer phone line shuts at 8, so we can't ring back, how can we find out if it went through? Thx

    Hey @EE why is it so difficult to find a service status page for your broadband? I've been searching for the last half hour and come up blank, meanwhile I've got no home internet and no idea if there's a local or wider issue. Not helpful.

    @EE Do you buy out peoples contracts from other companies? I only ask because I need to swap providers as I cannot use my phone outside my house because the signal is that bad
