    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    I have been an @EE (previously BT) customer for 20 years. I moved house and cancelled which took 5 phone calls of an hour each and cost £300. I sent back all the kit - now they are threatening me with £120 fine for the Apple TV which I sent back. I have proof. Please help!!!

    @EE I’ve spoke to your help line and as it’s an outside fault nothing they can do. Service has now completely failed and I have to wait for the engineer to come tomorrow. Was also advised to hot spot from my phone tomorrow for work. I have unlimited data but this isn’t the point

    @MartinSLewis depite telling @ee that I had had a stroke and they were harassing me ,they contunued 2 do so by taking money from my account illegally when agreed action at ceo level was ignored. This despite confirming everything was in order. Weeks after a previous ceo complaint

    Does anyone know how to block unwanted messages. I have apparently joined a chat group thst I know nothing about and getting dozens of notifications a day. Tried to block all the numbers, not working and ID mobile have been useless. @EE
