    @EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

    One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! ๐Ÿ˜•

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    @EE absolute cowboys - no ownership of issues , lies, lack of communication. EE you are appalling. This is right through from call centre staff to managers. Disgusted .

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐Ÿ˜… Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE really unhappy with the service Iโ€™ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    @EE It's with EE but @bt control the green cabinets at the end of my street and I've spoken to an engineer working in the box. he said wires dislodge causing issues for all customers. It's time @bt_uk updraded! Pls help thx

    @EE Hi there, this is day 2 of having no phone reception - my phone says Emergency Calls Only. You did provide a temp fix via dm yesterday, but why has it been over 24 hours now with this issue? Especially when I had a text saying all issues are now resolved. Thanks.

    @EE Letโ€™s stay on this. Was contacting to report several signal issues and call connectivity problems. This was experienced whilst on call with your team. But โ€˜unfortunately thereโ€™s nothing more they can doโ€™. Laughable really.

    @EE I have looked online to try and report coverage issues bit there isn't anywhere on the website to do this. My mobile network coverage has been awful for about a week now but the Web page says there is good coverage, can you assist?
