Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

Is there a reason you don’t tell your customers what you know so they don’t lose their internet for 2 days and without compensation?
