    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @EE hi, My grandparents are both on EE and their signal in the house is terrible. I'm trying to call their mobiles and they both go straight to voicemail but they are switched on. If their phone line goes down they wouldn't be able to get help in an emergency, anything we can do?

    @bt_uk @EE Manager finally called 19thJan to 'resolve' mis-sold contract. Confirmed I would not be charged for this & would confirm in email - which never arrived. Case closed 19th & find out today I've been charged for account that was mis-sold!! 10min wait to call. Call me.

    .@EE is really out here taking a double payment, making me contact multiple times until it’s sorted, wait ages for it to be refunded, then having the audacity to now say my bill was never paid because it was refunded. 🙃

    @EE Spoke to your 'Customer Service' today after finding a mark on my screen after putting a darker screen picture on my phone that couldn't be seen on the lighter one. Team manager and Executive Complaints not interested. Never had any issues with my screen on any phone before.
