    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @woodmally1979 @geogramblings @EE Not making excuses for them but I used to work for them. That looks like a standard boiler-plate letter that would be sent out to anyone, otherwise you'd have been address Dear (name). I agree though that 'Dear Customer' would be better now.

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE @SamsungUK Remember that these company twitter accounts are one way. They tweet but they never engage. You might as well be asking the radio a question. If they don’t budge, you will need to speak to a solicitor or go to the small claims court.

    Why is @EE customer service via chat so terrible? The person does not even understand a word of what I am saying and tries to do the upgrade for me. Naaaaaah naaaaaaah naaaaaah. You don‘t even understand me why would I trust you to give me the correct sim only contract?

    @EE Thanks however the link is of no use. Says there is no problem when there clearly is. Options only 2 if 3 (texts, calls, Internet) but no option for 'all'. Local Facebook has locals saying the same thing. No EE since Thursday night. I simply want an idea of when it'll be fixed!?
