    @EE really unhappy with the service I’ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE absolute cowboys - no ownership of issues , lies, lack of communication. EE you are appalling. This is right through from call centre staff to managers. Disgusted .

    @EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

    @EE wouldn't match price plan offered by @SkyUK, even though a customer for 10 years and then stalling on giving me pac code, 4 calls so far... Do not recommend @EE @EE @EE 😡😡 😡 👎👎👎 #EEJOKE

    @EE Had no issues with you guys was a loyal customer from orange to tmobile to ee (15+ years) but you guys took my friends and family discount away 😥sniff sniff

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    @EE Strange because I called shortly after I tweeted and there was. A nearby mast was out forcing people to use the one nearest me hence slow / no signal. Contract almost up so I can finally move to another provider who give more than 1 bar of 4G 👏👏

    @EE Book an apointment for upgrade in Bury St Edmunds 30 miles a from home got there and their computers are down all that way for nothing so I had to call 150 from home but I got a better deal there than in the shop

    @EE Hi, I upgraded my phone recently, but apart from a confirmation email a week ago I've heard nothing. It says "usually dispatched in 1 day". My tracking number is not working & I can't contact you! Please can someone message me here so I can find out where my phone is?? Thanks.

    @EE And yet your signal is patchy at best between Coventry and Milton Keens on the West Coast line. Almost non existent on London Underground and 1 of 5 bars in large parts of Harborne where I work in Birmingham and has been for years. (1
