128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I met an elderly lady in McDonalds and ended up talking about her mobile and internet. She was being charged £70 a month and had no clue why. This is something that seriously needs looked into. That poor woman. I tried my best. It was also EE she was with.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE This is interesting Marina. I was abroad earlier this year and used local esims and physical sims. EE are saying chargeable calls were made despite setting the phone to the local sim/esim. Over the past 18 mths the tech side has really deteriorated as has their customer service.

@Rollsie7 @EE Nope they haven't lol, I was still installing it 12 months after that was announced.. and the head ends are easy to change.. it's a mast issue, they've had to take one down
