  128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

  @hridoyreh @OrevaZSN Similar with @EE. Locked out. Won’t receive SMSs or calls. They took my € for top up (I thought that was the cause of no SMSs). I can’t get to the website.   Why it’s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. I’m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Thats nothing. @EE came to my door told me that if I didnt need my home line they would beat my talk talk bill(£36)that included tv for £31 so I switched,they sent no tv box then wanted to charge me another £24 extra for basic tv box so They wanted £55 for a lesser service

  @crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.
