@EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

@EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@EE 4 phone calls, several ppl who promised to sort it out, and I am still without a phone connection on EITHER of my phones now, the old one or the new one. Thanks @EE is this what you call the best customer service?? Had a phone for yrs, and never had this sort of awful service

@justb87 @Ben_Jolly_9 I'm having real problems with my @EE Internet. We are a high use family, however was able to game while simultaneously stream films on apps until about a month or so ago. Now, Internet crashes. If the kids are gaming, streaming films is frustrating, constantly buffering.

@ThreeUK Please can you help I'm going a bit crazy, I'm on 5G getting speeds fluctuating between 25KB/S & 4MB/S not very impressed. This is on both my tablet (4G) and 5G phone in the BN1 3 and RH16 4 postcode areas. My work phone on @EE 4g gets 11MB/s.. Is three going to step up?
