    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @EE always complimented your customer service but not yesterday. Waited 48 minutes for an answer then further 20 minutes for solution told i would be called back. Still waiting. Not good

    @EE It was you guys doing work again. Tbh I'm getting sick of the disruption to my service, this is the 5th time in 7 months. Last time I was without service for over 9days. Upgrading or not, its poor service leaving customers without any backup on @EE Another 14hrs of disruption.

    @EE Considering you are a communications company, your current communication is appalling. Purchased a phone from you 2 weeks ago and after chasing, still don’t have a phone that works, I have had poor conversations with your call centre and your Message service is horrendous……
