@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@MrDazzaThomas @EE @jgarrett968 yeah I was on a 36mb package thats all they could do in my area . I wasn’t even getting 10mb with EE was less. So no I still don’t rate a very slow broadband speed that doesn’t even play netflix at 4K speed.
