@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

@EE for the second Sunday in a row, my home broadband has gone down. We've switched the smart hub off and on again numerous times, but the light goes red. It was off for approx 3 hours last Sunday, and has been off for just over an hour so far today. Are there any outages?
