  @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

  @ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

  @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

  @Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE @nickduval Not everyone has either of these, so what you are basically saying is we don’t want you, I suggest they go elsewhere where there is better customer service.
