    @bt_uk I’d like Wi-fi in just one room BT, such a joke of a service for £90 a month! Don’t waste you money. Currently using all my @EE data up which is 25GB a month as I can’t use Wi-fi in just one room of my house!

    Consumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

    Hi @EE since we have changed our phone line from @bt_uk its been the worst mistake we receive on average 8 #scam calls a day obviously your call filters are totally crap note to myself: dont use @EE totally rubbish security

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE How incompetent are you as a service provider. Hundreds of people who are currently abroad have had their accounts suspended with a large bill fixed to it (my partners at £1900) even thought they have paid for the data roaming “Go Further” packages.
