Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

Get the usual "we are very busy" then get through to a ringing tone and the wait continues ad infinitum. if you cannot provide decent service I am leaving
