  @ChatMarketingUK @EE I’ve been waiting two weeks for mine and the last time I called up EE, just as they were about to explain the line disconnected and they didn’t call back. I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

  @EE @KevlarBrock I had an EE engineer out because my tv signal constantly breaks up. He told me that he would send a new router because an EE update was doing this. No router. Still crap service. Will be moving to a reliable supplier soon. (Engineer also advised me to buy a £200 3rd party router

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

  Had what I thought was an all singing all dancing business contract with @ee £65+VAT/month. Pricey yes but unlimited minutes, texts, data. Phoned client in USA. Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?
