Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

@EE WiFi is connecting but no Internet on amazon firestick and Xbox when it's close to the hub when firestick is moved upstairs it's working better but buffering alot. Not working great on mobile devices either (tablet or phone)

At least four days now there's been no mobile @EE signal in Shetland. And no @EE it's not just me or my phone, it's literally everyone I know that's on EE or 3. Your network up here is an absolute shambles.

@EE Zoom working again now. It kept saying “There is trouble with your connection.” I have just been talking to a local lad who told me all his family have been having internet problems across Warwickshire all day.
