    @EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

    @EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

    Switching to @EE broadband was the worst mistake I've ever made. I pay for fibre optic that's slow and cuts out almost every day, and now my WiFi has been down for five hours. Can't even switch as in stuck in a two year contract. Joy!

    So pissed off with @EE some changes happened to my account to make it cheaper yet was told NO changes in service. Well I lost 5G and now I’m In the US and cannot connect to phone signal because the roaming tab in settings is blanked out! Major complaint coming your way tomorrow
