    @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

    @EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

    Hello @EE It's going to be tough for a lot of people trying to learn online with only a PAYG 4G connection. You could really help by scrapping expiry of data packs, so they at least get what they paid for, rather than losing big chunks of it just because the calendar changed.

    @Apple @EE just got my new iPhone 11 with a charger lead but no plug or headphone..awful behaviour from Apple for not supplying these anymore..disgusted that EE didn’t advise me on the phone when I arranged the upgrade that they weren’t included. Annoyed with customer service
