    @EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

    @EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.

    @EE trade-in upgrade 2 weeks ago, didn’t receive the trade-in box/bag to send old phone. A week ago I contacted customer services online, and still nothing. Just went in store to ask and received the worst customer experience and not being able to help
