    @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

    @EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.

    @EE I know you say contact through the app. But that’s not working for me. What’s your phone number or email where I can find out if and why you put a managed WiFi that can’t be deleted but that turns itself on, or is this a police matter?
