@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@Simon_Griz @EE Can't. It automatically selects. Also, it's been through 3G, 4G & 5G, none of which are working. I can only do this now because I'm standing by yb4 entrance gate where they have free WiFi so people can access their etickets. I'm paying £64 a month and can't even get a signal 😡
