    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @MartinSLewis ombudsman r no longer fit 4 purpose and comps like @EE r happy 2 refer customers 2 them because they can't impose fines /sanction. I suffered with a stroke as a result of appalling Customer service and despite executive level complaints they still harrassed me
