  @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

  @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

  @EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

  @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her
