    @EE Hi, I’d like to know how my 83 year old mum has been sold an 18 month broadband contract, from my bank account, when she only popped in for mobile help. Complaint raised, no response, but you’re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

    @EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @EE as most places are open except for EE. It’s a bloody joke that your customers can’t speak to someone on the phone when you do a live chat they can’t help you so please explain if that is a way to run a business.

    80 year old neighbour needed help with a Doro mobile phone the girl in the @EE fobbed her off and chased her out of the store. I have spent an hour trying to add her contacts and showing her how to send messages. We need a handbook

    @ee I was shocked to find out that even though my 2 year contract with EE ended in Nov22 at which point the value of the handset was fully repaid, EE continued to charge me for both the handset and service after Nov22 and the response was that it was up to me to call 1/2

    Hang on, if you’re increasing my contract ‘in line with CPI - and BT Sport is PART of my contract. Why are you saying that is increasing on TOP of the CPI increase? Absolutely scamming customers, wtf @EE ?

    Here's an example: my 84 year old Tory-voting neighbour (who owns her own home) is panicking about photo ID. She's already had problems with banks and @EE. She doesn't have a valid passport, driving licence OR oyster card because she's too old to travel, drive or jump on trains.
