Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.
