    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HungryHoss @jonbutler76 @HSBC_UK Don’t forget to blame covid Surely by closing branches you would put more people in call centres. But maybe that’s just me? Seams like the last few years of covid is now an easy excuse to give **** service and cut costs

    Hello @HSBC_UK I can see others are having the same issue as myself regarding the app not working with iOS 15.1 Could we have a definitive answer as to when this will be fixed please? If online banking is to be encouraged and trusted then the tech needs to be suitable for use.
